國網(wǎng)大規(guī)格角鋼肢面凸泡分析及控制Title:AnalysisandControlofBulgingDefectsinLarge-ScaleAngleSteelSectionsinNationalPowerGridAbstract:Intheconstructionoflarge-scaleanglesteelsectionsfornationalpowergrids,theoccurrenceofbulgingdefectsposesasignificantchallenge.Thispaperaimstoanalyzethecausesofbulgingdefectsinanglesteelsectionsandproposeeffectivecontrolmeasures.Thestudybeginswithacomprehensiveliteraturereviewonthefactorsinfluencingbulgingdefects.Anexperimentalinvestigationisthencarriedouttovalidatethetheoreticalanalysis.Theresultsindicatethatthemaincausesofbulgingdefectsarerelatedtomaterialproperties,rollingprocessparameters,andmechanicalstress.Basedontheanalysis,asetofcontrolmeasuresareproposedtominimizebulgingdefectsinanglesteelsections.Theseincludeoptimizingmaterialselection,adjustingrollingprocessparameters,andimplementingeffectivestressreliefmeasures.Thefindingsandrecommendationspresentedinthispaperwillcontributetotheimprovementoftheproductionprocessandqualityofanglesteelsectionsusedinnationalpowergrids.Keywords:bulgingdefect,anglesteel,nationalpowergrid,analysis,controlmeasures1.IntroductionTheconstructionofnationalpowergridsrequireslarge-scaleanglesteelsectionstobearheavyloadsandmaintainstructuralintegrity.However,theoccurrenceofbulgingdefectsinthesesectionscancompromisetheirmechanicalpropertiesandstructuralstability.Bulgingdefectsrefertolocalizeddeformationsorirregularitiesonthesurfaceofanglesteelsections,resultinginreducedload-carryingcapacityandpotentialstructuralfailure.2.LiteratureReviewAcomprehensivereviewofexistingliteratureisconductedtoidentifythemainfactorsinfluencingbulgingdefectsinlarge-scaleanglesteelsections.Thefactorsinvestigatedincludematerialproperties,rollingprocessparameters,andmechanicalstressdistribution.Variousstudieshavehighlightedthesignificanceofthesefactorsandtheirimpactontheoccurrenceofbulgingdefects.Itisobservedthathighcarboncontent,impurities,andpoormicrostructurequalitycanincreasethesusceptibilitytobulgingdefectsinanglesteelsections.3.ExperimentalInvestigationAnexperimentalinvestigationisconductedonlarge-scaleanglesteelsectionstovalidatethetheoreticalanalysis.Thestudyinvolvestheuseofadvancedtestingtechniquessuchasscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),X-raydiffraction(XRD),andmechanicaltesting.Sampleswithdifferentmaterialpropertiesandrollingprocessparametersarestudiedtoanalyzetheeffectontheoccurrenceofbulgingdefects.Theexperimentalresultsprovidecrucialinsightsintothecausesandmechanismsofbulgingdefectsinanglesteelsections.4.AnalysisofBulgingDefectsBasedontheexperimentalresultsandtheoreticalanalysis,anin-depthanalysisofbulgingdefectsispresented.Thefactorscontributingtotheoccurrenceofbulgingdefects,suchasmaterialproperties,rollingprocessparameters,andmechanicalstressdistribution,arediscussedcomprehensively.Theanalysisrevealsthatcontrolmeasuresneedtobeimplementedatmultiplestages,includingmaterialselection,rollingprocessoptimization,andstressrelief.5.ControlMeasuresInlightoftheanalysis,asetofcontrolmeasuresisproposedtominimizebulgingdefectsinlarge-scaleanglesteelsections.Thesemeasuresinclude:-Optimizingmaterialselectionbyreducingimpuritiesandimprovingoverallmicrostructurequality.-Adjustingrollingprocessparameterssuchastemperature,rollingspeed,androllingreductiontoreducethelikelihoodofbulgingdefects.-Implementingstressreliefmeasures,suchaspost-rollingheattreatments,tominimizeresidualstressthatcancontributetobulgingdefects.6.ConclusionInconclusion,theanalysisofbulgingdefectsinlarge-scaleanglesteelsectionsusedinthenationalpowergridhighlightstheimportanceofmaterialproperties,rollingprocessparameters,andmechanicalstressdistribution.Theproposedcontrolmeasuresprovidepracticalguidelinesforreducingtheoccurrenceofbulgingdefects.Implementingthesemeasureswillenhancethequalityandreliabilityofanglesteelsections,therebyensuringthesafetyandstabilityofnationalpowergrids.References:Listofreferencescitedinthepaper.
