初入外貿(mào)銷售這個行業(yè),我除了在學(xué)校里所學(xué)的外貿(mào)英語知識和國際貿(mào)易知識,缺乏實際經(jīng)驗,對于阿里巴巴國際推廣平臺的操作一點也不清楚。首先第一件事,我就是要熟悉公司產(chǎn)品。因為公司人不多,初來乍到,懷揣著夢想的激情全心的投入學(xué)習(xí)中。公司的產(chǎn)品目
二、熟悉業(yè)務(wù)流程
在逐漸接觸國際貿(mào)易的過程中,我通過阿里巴巴平臺免費版,收到了很多客戶的訂單(阿里巴巴的平臺),可惜都是批量小的一些樣品單,最終因為因現(xiàn)實支付方式不能通過支付寶而告終。在10月伊始,經(jīng)過半個月的產(chǎn)品熟悉,詢盤回復(fù),終于有位瑞典客戶接收我們的付款方式,轉(zhuǎn)賬成功。第一筆外貿(mào)訂單成了,雖然只是一個小訂單,缺從中學(xué)會了很多。接收款項后,隨后跟單,讓生產(chǎn)安排生產(chǎn)并聯(lián)系國際貨運快遞。
在國際快遞方面第一次接觸了dhl/ups/fedex,其間還是出現(xiàn)一點小插曲,聯(lián)系貨運后,貨物到香港了,快遞公司說是地區(qū)偏遠(yuǎn)要加偏遠(yuǎn)費。因小訂單,dhl運費算得過于精確,導(dǎo)致貨物退回來,重新找了一個貨運公司,改走fedex。這樣耽誤了幾天的貨期。不過經(jīng)過
這次的教訓(xùn),明白了算運費的時候要按值計算,寧愿多收一點,聯(lián)系快遞的時候要貨代把地址查下是不是偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)。
三、參與展會
10月中旬,公司參與了廣州第xx屆國際采購博覽會,展會上的客戶基本上都是國外的。其間因展會上同行較少,參與競爭的不是很多,這又是我們該發(fā)揮的時候了。幾個同事都在給公司產(chǎn)品做宣傳,發(fā)名片,發(fā)資料,盡量吸引更多的客戶來看我們的展廳。與外國客戶交流又成了一門技巧,要吸引有意向的客戶,要讓沒有意向的客戶接觸和了解我們這一產(chǎn)品,歸根結(jié)底說白了就是來者絕不放過。與外國客戶的交流中,也學(xué)到了如何向客戶介紹我們的產(chǎn)品,如何講解
