一、培養(yǎng)目標

I.EducationalObjectives

本專業(yè)培養(yǎng)具有良好素質的老年醫(yī)學專業(yè)初級醫(yī)師，這種素質確保其畢業(yè)后作為醫(yī)生時在上

級醫(yī)師指導下，從事安全有效的醫(yī)療實踐，保證他們有適當?shù)幕A能夠進行終身學習和在老年醫(yī)

學某一學科領域內進一步深造。

Thisprogramaimsatcultivatingelementarydoctorsingeraeologyofhighqualitythatguarantees

thattheycanengageinmedicalpracticewitheffectivenessandsecurityaftergraduationunderthe

二、基本規(guī)格要求

本專業(yè)學生應掌握從事醫(yī)療實踐工作的醫(yī)學基礎理論、基本知識和基本技能，具備良好的思

想道德和職業(yè)態(tài)度，為畢業(yè)后教育打下堅實的基礎。

畢業(yè)生應獲得以下的態(tài)度、知識和技能：

5.掌握基本的藥理知識及臨床合理用藥原則。

6.掌握正常的妊娠和分娩、產(chǎn)科常見急癥、產(chǎn)前和產(chǎn)后的保健原則，以及計劃生育的醫(yī)學知

識。

7.掌握健康教育、疾病預防和篩查的原則，掌握緩解與改善疾患和殘障、康復以及臨終看護

的有關知識。

8.掌握臨床流行病學的有關知識與方法。

9.掌握常見急癥的診斷、急救處理原則。

10.掌握祖國傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學的基本特點，了解中醫(yī)的辨證論治原則。

11.掌握傳染病的發(fā)生、發(fā)展、傳播的基本規(guī)律和常見傳染病的防治原則。

技能要求

1.具有全面、系統(tǒng)、正確地采集病史和規(guī)范書寫病歷的能力。

2.具有系統(tǒng)、規(guī)范地進行體格檢查及精神檢查的能力。

3.具有較好的臨床思維和表達能力。

4.掌握內、外、婦、兒各科常見病、多發(fā)病的診療常規(guī)及常用臨床操作規(guī)范。

5.具有常見急癥的診斷、急救及處理能力。

6.具有根據(jù)具體情況選擇使用合適的臨床技術，選擇最適合、最經(jīng)濟、合乎倫理的診斷、治

療方法的能力。

7.具有運用循證醫(yī)學的原理進行醫(yī)學實踐，完善診治方法的能力。

8.具有與同仁、病人及其家屬進行有效交流和調動其合作的能力。

9.具有利用各種信息資源和信息技術進行自主學習與研究的能力。

10.具有對病人和公眾進行有關健康生活方式、疾病預防等方面知識宣傳教育的能力。

11.具有較強的外語交流和閱讀能力。
