本學期我擔任三年級的科學教師從事科學教學。在這一年中,我虛心

向本組內(nèi)的教師虛心學習科學教學的新理念,教學管理的新方法,經(jīng)

過虛心學習和艱苦磨練,我在教學思想方面有了新的認識,教學方法

方面有了新的進展。不但適應了科學教學的新方式,而且和本組的老

師一起并肩作戰(zhàn)為燕山的科學教學工作出一份力。下面從兩方面對本

一、改變教學觀念,積極參加教研活動(LChangeteachingconcepts

科學是一門新型學科,要想教好它,必須改變以往的教學觀念,探索

適應科學這門學科的教學模式。這學期,我和組內(nèi)老師一起參加了區(qū)

科學教研中心組織的科學崗位培訓,同時自學課改有關(guān)理論著作,了

解相關(guān)的教育學心理和基礎(chǔ)知識。通過學習,及組內(nèi)老師的幫助,我

學到了許多新的教學理論,了解一些課改前沿信息。并懂得了學生是

主體,面向全體學生,探究為核心的新理念,把讓學生感受并理解探

究過程,了解探究學習方法基本環(huán)節(jié)作為研究重點,為學生熟練掌握

探究學習打下基礎(chǔ)。這學期,我不放過任何學習的機會,聽各種教研

課,示范課,做到每節(jié)課都有評課。同時,參與學校的科學教育與

學生人文素養(yǎng)教育的研究的課題研究,將環(huán)境教育、人文教育滲透

到常規(guī)教學中。并積極參加區(qū)科學崗培班培訓I,已獲結(jié)業(yè)證。(Science

二、服從學校安排,務實工作(2.Obeyschoolarrangementsandwork

pragmatically)

科學是一門緊跟時代步伐,屬于前沿的課程,它涉及的知識面很廣,

上課的時候,還有疑惑,不知道怎么把握科學課的探究環(huán)節(jié),怎樣把

握知識的準確性。但在本組老師的幫助下,虛心向老前輩彭愛國老師

請教,很快領(lǐng)悟了科學課的實質(zhì)精神,把握住科學課程的教學模式,

為了更快的適應科學教學,在開學第一周就備完全期的課,并盡心指

導三年級的學生做好每一次實驗操作,訓練學生良好的實驗習慣,如

正確使用儀器;愛護器材;及時保潔等,把教會學生仔細觀察作為每節(jié)

課的教學宗旨。指導他們寫觀察小作文,規(guī)范填寫實驗記錄表等。期

末,設(shè)計與教材緊密聯(lián)系的,符合課程標準的科學考核,并把科學考

核作為綜合評價學生的標準。本期,負責生態(tài)園地的管理及建設(shè),結(jié)

合教材認真組織學生參加第二課堂種植組,學生通過種植油菜花,鳳

創(chuàng)新是一個民族進步的靈魂,是國家興旺發(fā)達的不歇動力。創(chuàng)新是

知識經(jīng)濟時代的一個顯著標志,知識經(jīng)濟時代教育的核心是培養(yǎng)人的

創(chuàng)新素質(zhì)。目前,我國正在進行一場聲勢浩大的以素質(zhì)教育為核心的

教育變革,而培養(yǎng)學生的創(chuàng)新精神和實踐能力正是素質(zhì)教育的重點。

就學科特點而言,小學的自然教學為培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新精神和實踐能力提供了

廣闊的空間和多種訓練的機會。因此,在教學過程中,不僅要讓學生

掌握豐富的基礎(chǔ)理論知識,更重要的是要培養(yǎng)他們敢于探索、勇于創(chuàng)

新的精神,使他們成為21世紀具有較高素質(zhì)的人才。幾年來的教學

一、更新教育觀念,真正體現(xiàn)學為主體的教學原則,培養(yǎng)學生的創(chuàng)

課堂教學中應以教為主導,學為主體的教學原則倡導了幾十年,但

長期以來,許多教師在課堂上跳不出學生圍著教師轉(zhuǎn)的怪圈。課堂是

由教師支配的,教師讓學生聽課、回答問題,讓學生觀察、實驗,讓

學生討論等等條條框框都是教師預先定好、劃好的,學生只能在框

子里打轉(zhuǎn),任何人也不敢和不能跳出去,跳出去了也要趕緊拉回來,

學生獨立思考、判斷和活動的時間很少。教師的精力主要集中在教學

大綱規(guī)定的條目和知識灌輸?shù)冉虒W目標上,忽視了學生能力、態(tài)度、

興趣和創(chuàng)造精神的培養(yǎng)。因此,要真正地在課堂教學中確立學生的主

體地位,培養(yǎng)學生的主體意識和主體精神,教師首先應當轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,

世界范圍的經(jīng)濟競爭,實質(zhì)上是科學技術(shù)的競爭和民族素質(zhì)的競爭。

從這個意義上說,誰掌握了面向21世紀的教育,誰就能在21世紀的

國際競爭中處于戰(zhàn)略主導地位。因此,我國把提高整個民族的素質(zhì)

作為教育的根本目標。本人認為,要實現(xiàn)這一偉大的目標,就應當從

基礎(chǔ)抓起,從小學教育抓起,要把課堂當作實現(xiàn)民族素質(zhì)提高的一個

重要環(huán)節(jié)和場所,要重新構(gòu)建以學生為主體的教學策略。(The

如果教師不想方設(shè)法使學生產(chǎn)生情緒高昂和智力振奮的內(nèi)心狀態(tài),就

急于傳授知識,那么,這種知識只能使人產(chǎn)生冷漠的態(tài)度,而不動情

感的腦力勞動就會帶來疲倦。沒有歡欣鼓舞的心情,學習就會成為學

生沉重的負擔。興趣是最好的老師,小學生好奇心較重,但這種好

奇心有時只能停留在好玩、新奇的水平上,停留在給以解釋的水平上。

教師的任務就是要促使學生把平常的好奇心發(fā)展成為科學的好奇

程,在參與中培養(yǎng)學生主動探求、主動應用知識的能力,是優(yōu)化課堂

教學過程的出發(fā)點,又是實施素質(zhì)教育、提高教學質(zhì)量的落腳點。

因此,我把因材施教的原則落實到課堂上的每一節(jié)課中,對不同程度

的學生作出不同的要求。對那些反應較快、能力較強而注意力不夠集

中的學生,多注意培養(yǎng)他們的觀察能力;對那些反應較慢、能力較弱

的學生,更多地培養(yǎng)他們的思維能力和實踐能力。為了發(fā)展學生的個

性,培養(yǎng)學生的創(chuàng)造力,在自然教學中,我放手讓學生去發(fā)現(xiàn)問題和

解決問題。對于那些發(fā)現(xiàn)快、有較多解決辦法的同學,我就提出一些

更深一點的問題讓他們思考,請他們從不同的角度思考問題和解決問

題;而對動手能力較差,反應也較慢的同學,我則從最簡單的問題入

下學期9月份領(lǐng)導深入課堂指導聽課,從10月9日開始教師崗位練

兵的教研活動,針對我校實際語文主要研究作文和寫字教學。高段由

田志俠老師做作文指導和講評的研究課;低段由代芳老師做寫字課的

研究課。研究課結(jié)束后馬上組織教師以〃促進學生有效參與課堂教學

的策略研究〃為主題的教師論壇,探討怎樣才能打造高效課堂,實現(xiàn)

有效的教學策略的研究。研討結(jié)束后,再在學年組集體備課的基礎(chǔ)上

推薦一位老師上研究課,這樣既發(fā)揮引領(lǐng)作用,又集集體智慧于一身,

〃研究一實踐-一再研究〃反思總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上促進教研,追求高效,提
