Step1:Willingnesstodosomethingdifferent.
Breakingthecycleofdoingwhatyouhavealwaysdoneisoneofthemost
difficulttasksforjobseekers.Manyfinditdifficulttosteerawayfromacareerpath
ormakeachange,evenifitdoesn'tfeelright.Millerurgesjobseekerstoopentheir

Thegoodnewsisthattheworldisfullofproven,cheapwaystosaveenergy.
Herearetheseventhatcouldhavethebiggestimpact.
Insulate
Spaceheatingandcoolingeatsup36percentofalltheworld'senergy.There's
virtuallynolimittohowmuchofthatcanbesaved,asprototype"zero-energyhomes^^
inSwitzerlandandGermanyhaveshown.Therebeenasurgeinnewwaysof
keepingheatinandcoldout(orviceversa).Themostadvancedinsulationfollowsthe
lawofincreasingreturns:ifyouaddenoughyoucanscaledownoreveneliminate
heatingandair-conditioningequipment,loweringcostsevenbeforeyoustartsaving
