。乙方參加培訓(xùn)應(yīng)按規(guī)定與甲方另行簽訂培訓(xùn)協(xié)議。九、勞動合同的解除、變更、終止ix.revocation,modificationandterminationofthelaborcontract1、甲乙雙方解除、變更、終止、續(xù)訂勞動合同應(yīng)當依照《勞動合同法》和國家及省、市等有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。ifthepartiesrevoke,modify,terminateandextentthelaborcontract,theyshallperformthemaccordingtotherelevantrulesofthelaborcontractlawandthecountry,provinceandcityetc.3、經(jīng)甲乙雙方協(xié)商一致，可變更合同相關(guān)內(nèi)容，變更勞動合同，應(yīng)當采用書面形式。afterthemutualconsultationsoftheparties,thecontractmaybemodifiedinwriting.4、乙方符合《勞動合同法》第三十九條情形之一者，甲方有權(quán)解除勞動合同。ifpartybhasoneofthecircumstancesunderarticle39ofthelaborcontract,partyaisentitledtorevokethelaborcontract.5、乙方要求解除勞動合同，應(yīng)當提前三十日(試用期內(nèi)提前三日、專業(yè)人員提前六個月)以書面形式甲方，可以解除。ifpartybrequirestorevokethelaborcontract,theyshallinformpartyainwritingwiththirty(30)daypre-notice(thepersonunderprobationneedsapre-noticeofthree(3)daysandtheprofessionalpeoplewiththepre-noticeofsixmonths).6、甲方應(yīng)在解除或者終止時，為乙方出具解除或者終止勞動合同的證明，并在15日內(nèi)為勞動者辦理相關(guān)手續(xù)。乙方應(yīng)在甲方出具解除或者終止勞動合同的證明后10日內(nèi)辦理工作移交，如涉及經(jīng)濟補償?shù)陌磭矣嘘P(guān)規(guī)定在辦結(jié)工作交接時支付。十、違反勞動合同的責任x.responsibilitiesforviolatingthelaborcontract1、本合同一經(jīng)簽訂，甲乙雙方應(yīng)嚴格執(zhí)行。任何一方違反規(guī)定解除勞動合同的，應(yīng)當向?qū)Ψ劫r償因違約造成的經(jīng)濟損失。oncethecontractisenteredinto,thepartiesshallstrictlyperformit.6、乙方違約解除合同，在合同期間（含轉(zhuǎn)崗）由甲方出資進行職業(yè)技術(shù)或提升培訓(xùn)的，按培訓(xùn)協(xié)議約定向甲方支付違約金；若無培訓(xùn)協(xié)議，按國家有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。regardingpartybwhoviolatesthecontracttorevokesthecontract,duringthecontractterm(includingtheposttransfer),ifpartyainvestsinpartyb’soccupationaltechnologyordevelopmenttraining,partybshallpaythepartybwiththepenaltyaccordingtotheagreement.ifthereisnotrainingagreement,itshallbesubjecttotherelevantrulesofthecountry.十一、勞動爭議處理及其它xi.labordisputessettlementandmiscellaneous1、甲乙雙方在本合同履行中發(fā)生勞動爭議，應(yīng)協(xié)商解決或由本單位工會組織調(diào)解解決；也可以向所在鎮(zhèn)勞動爭議協(xié)調(diào)委員會申請調(diào)解，調(diào)解不成或不愿調(diào)解的，可向海鹽縣勞動爭議仲裁委員會申請仲裁，對仲裁裁決不服的，可以向海鹽縣人院起訴。regardingthelabordisputesarisenofthepartiesduringtheperformanceofthecontract,theyshallbesolvedthroughcons
