大象和小老鼠是一對合作無間的好朋友,大象因為年紀(jì)大了看不清楚,因此小老鼠總是幫助他;而小老鼠因為年紀(jì)太小,不能到很遠(yuǎn)的地方,因此大象會載著他四處旅行。一天又一天,一年又一年,大象逐漸老邁,身體的功能也慢慢衰退。
有一天,大象載小老鼠到了“大象樂園”,他跟小老鼠說:“年老的大象都住在那里,而且他們都過的很快樂!”可是,小老鼠舍不得大象,小老鼠說:“我不要和大象分開?!本驮谶@個時候,突然看到通往大象樂園的木橋斷了,大象和小老鼠也帶著淡淡的悲傷回去了……。但是看著大象逐漸衰弱的身體,也讓小老鼠領(lǐng)悟到:“真正的友誼,是為對方著想、為對方付出,而不是一昧的自私占有,因此小老鼠悄悄的去把木橋修好了,終于為大象筑好去大象樂園的路?!?/p>

在1943年的一天,它和其它戰(zhàn)象一起走入了戰(zhàn)場,盡管他們奮勇殺敵,但還是讓一些敵人有機(jī)可乘,當(dāng)它們發(fā)現(xiàn)的時候,敵人已將槍口對準(zhǔn)了它們。上面的象兵為了保護(hù)他們,用身體堵住了敵人的槍口,它們立誓,要向敵人報仇。但最終大象還是沒有人類聰明,沒有了象兵的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),它們有的是為了救朋友而犧牲,有的倒在了敵人的槍口下,只有嘎羧活了下來。嘎羧回憶起了這些,還是走出了寨子,我們原以為它會去象冢,但它去了曾經(jīng)埋葬戰(zhàn)友的地方,它即使死,也要和戰(zhàn)友死在一起,這樣的情感令我十分震驚。
