跑步儼然蛻變成一種儀式，一種與自我靈魂對話的片刻。

多少人走著走著，會忘記了自己是誰，路上太多風景而無暇自視，跑步成了最佳的時機。

“什么都可以想，也什么都可以不想”是對跑步最好的腳注，雙腳在地球表面抬起又落下，萬千思緒也在靈魂圣土發(fā)了芽。

最灰暗的青春

有關跑步的記憶始于大學失戀與考研失敗之后。

那時候覺得整個生命都是暗淡無光的，不止是被世界拋棄，而是從此再也沒有世界。

那時恰逢學校操場經(jīng)過暑假修整，鋪上了新的塑膠和假草坪，初秋晚來很多人在操場繞圈散步，他們大多是手拉手的情侶或者三五成群的同學，我則只有我的耳機作伴。

北方的秋天很舒爽，夜幕深垂的時候有些涼意，風刮在臉上還是柔和的。

我的步伐和著耳中的節(jié)奏，彼時彼刻我感覺我的生命是流動的，像樂章，如清風，不再是一潭死水，我聽見自己的呼吸和心跳，我看見碧天里的星辰在閃爍，腳下粗糙的跑道表面粗糙的顆粒與鞋底之間摩擦著。

我的心中萌動著一種情愫，我的世界又回來了，盡管還只有我一個人，可是那有怎樣呢?我就這樣跑進了寒冬，直到操場全是皚皚白雪了無蹤跡，畢業(yè)的日子也很快到了。

我終于可以逃離這片土地。

跑步像我一個傾蓋如故的好友，不厭其煩聽我訴說，在腳步聲中告訴我答案。

我終于不再孤單。

最難忘的記憶

畢業(yè)后從北方之北來到南方之南，順德這個人杰地靈、聞名遐邇的地方。

上班的公司大都年輕人，有不少都癡迷于健身，尤其是熱愛跑步。

在他們的帶動下我有時也會去順峰山跑跑步放松，但是我的體力跟他們差很遠，頂多也就跑個10公里。

一天一個同事告訴我元旦容桂有馬拉松，我說我就是個菜鳥，跑著玩還可以，馬拉松是絕對參加不了的。

他就說叫我陪他，就算跑不完也沒關系，大多數(shù)人都是跑不下來。

為了革命友誼，我勇敢地報了名。

記得那天是陰天，北風吹著還有點冷。

我們早早來到賽場，現(xiàn)場擠滿了人，大家都穿著短袖短褲，完全無視陰冷的天氣。

我的體力果然如我預料之中的差勁，跑了才七公里，我就感覺很吃力了，但是又不好意思說。

同事看穿了我的心思，一直在鼓勵我，后來他就不跑了，對我說：“我們走去終點吧。

”我其實不太愿意，覺得好丟人。

“要不回去吧，我今天好像狀態(tài)不太好。”

“這次馬拉松對我來說很重要，我們走也要走完?！?/p>

我看到他欲言又止，表情出奇地嚴肅，眼神含著懇切，就答應了他。

雖說是徒步，還是有些吃力，尤其是最后五公里。

他就在我旁邊給我講好多笑話，給我講他的.童年趣事，一路上雖然疲憊但也一點都不無聊，兩三個小時很快就過去了。

我當時很感慨，現(xiàn)在能遇到一個能聊得來的伴真是一件幸事。

眼看到了終點，人群已經(jīng)散去了，頒獎儀式都已經(jīng)結(jié)束了。

他提議說去終點那里拍張照留作紀念吧。

我站在宣傳板那里，他從背包里面拿出一條絲巾將我眼睛蒙住。

我連忙摘下。

“你要做什么啊?”

我被他怪異的舉動搞得很不自在。

他說他要給我拍一張?zhí)貏e的照片，要蒙住眼睛。

我問為什么。

他說拍出來你就知道了。

“這是你第一次參加馬拉松，要以特別的方式紀念?！?/p>

我從來都很相信他，就照做了。

即使如此，我也知道不會這么簡單，這絕對是個“陰謀”。

他叫我站在原地不要動，他要選個好角度。

大約過了一分鐘，我的耳邊想起了吉他伴唱，那首我最愛的《justthewayyouare》。

熟悉的聲音，我的心緊張得噗噗跳，給剛準備摘下絲巾，一只手按住了我。

副歌結(jié)束，一雙手拿下了絲巾，他竟然單膝跪在我面前，手里捧了一大束紅玫瑰。

“嫁給我好嗎?”

我當時的心情完全找不到詞語來形容，我們好多共同的朋友都奇跡般出現(xiàn)了。

周圍人群都涌過來圍觀，還拿手機在拍我們。

我既覺得很害羞又很享受那一刻世界屬于我的感覺。

有件事情我一直沒好意思說就是我一直喜歡他，而且，他給我蒙上絲巾的時候我已經(jīng)預感到了。

后來他成了我的老公，我們的約定，只要容桂的馬拉松一直辦下去，我們就一直要參加。

最享受的堅持

如今我在這里扎了根。

跑步仍然是我生命中重要的儀式。

我的初戀終于此，我的婚姻始于此。

跑步使我自制，生活更有規(guī)律，精神狀態(tài)也變得積極向上。

跑步是我偶遇的一種思考和追尋的方式，迷茫困惑的時候去跑步!消極頹靡的時候去跑步!找不到寄托的時候去跑步!找不到答案的時候去跑步!跑步消耗掉的不僅是體力，更是身體里的負能量。

我喜歡電影《阿甘正傳》，敬佩阿甘不負生命的態(tài)度;也喜歡村上的《當我在談跑步時我在談論什么》，敬佩他在左腳抬起右腳落下那一瞬間的頓悟。

一個在跑步中消解苦楚，一個在跑步中體味生命。

跑步讓我找到自我，以后的日子，我也即將會一直跑下去，跑到跑不動為止。

也許我永遠不會站在長跑的領獎舞臺，可是我也不會減少對它的熱愛。
