五、保證金Deposit

六、甲方義務(wù)ObligationsofPartyA

七、乙方義務(wù)ObligationsofPartyB

乙方應(yīng)按合同的規(guī)定按時(shí)支付租金及保證金。

八、合同終止及解除的規(guī)定Terminationanddissolutionofthecontract
