英文書信是應用文的一種，是我們應該掌握的文體之一。其實，寫英文書信很簡單，但是我們要注意其最基本的寫作格式。

信頭指寫信人的姓名、信內(nèi)地址和寫信日期，一般寫在信紙的右上角。不過，需要注意的是，英文地址的寫法與中文完全不同，地址的名稱按從小到大的.順序。日期的寫法如9月8日，最常見的寫法是September8，。
