(City,State,ZipCode)(Hereinaftercollectivelyreferredtoasthe"Parties").RECITALS:WHEREAS,theSelleristherecordownerofthefollowingdescribedhomesteadproperty(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Property"):(DescriptionofPropertyincludingstreetaddress,city,state,andzip)WHEREAS,theBuyerdesirestopurchaseandacquirethePropertyfromtheSeller;NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualpromisescontainedhereinandforothergoodandvaluableconsideration,thereceiptandsufficiencyofwhicharehereacknowledged,thePartiesagreeasfollows:1.SaleandTransferofProperty.TheSelleragreestosell,convey,andtransfertotheBuyer,andtheBuyeragreestopurchaseandacquirefromtheSeller,allofSeller'sright,,andinterestinandtotheProperty,subjecttothetermsandconditionsofthisAgreement.2.PurchasePrice.ThepurchasepriceforthePropertyshallbe__________(the"PurchasePrice").ThePurchasePriceshallbepaidtheBuyertotheSellerattheClosing(asdefinedinSection5below).3.Closing.TheclosingofthesaleandtransferoftheProperty(the"Closing")shalltakeplaceon__________(the"ClosingDate")at(Time).TheClosingshallbeheldattheofficeof(TitleCompany/LawFirm),orsuchotherlocationasthePartiesmaymutuallyagree.4.DeliveryofTitle.AttheClosing,theSellershalldeliveragoodandmarketabletotheProperty,freeandclearofallliensandencumbrances,exceptforthoseencumbrancesthatareexpresslyassumedtheBuyerinwriting.5.RepresentationsandWarranties.EachPartyrepresentsandwarrantstotheotherPartyasfollows:(a)SellerrepresentsandwarrantsthatithasgoodandmarketabletotheProperty,freeandclearofallliensandencumbrances,exceptforthoseencumbrancesthatareexpresslyassumedtheBuyerinwriting;(b)BuyerrepresentsandwarrantsthatithassufficientfundstopaythePurchasePriceandhastherighttopurchaseandacquirethePropertyunderapplicablelawsandregulations;(c)SellerrepresentsandwarrantsthatitistherecordownerofthePropertyandhastheauthoritytosell,convey,andtransferthePropertytotheBuyer;(d)BuyerrepresentsandwarrantsthatithasconductedallnecessaryduediligencewithrespecttothePropertyandissatisfiedwiththeconditionandstatusoftheProperty.6.Indemnification.EachPartyagreestoindemnifyandholdtheotherPartyharmlessfromandagainstanyandallclaims,losses,damages,liabilities,costs,andexpenses(includingreasonableattorney'sfees)arisingoutoforinconnectionwiththebreachofanyrepresentation,warranty,orcovenantmadeunderthisAgreement.7.GoverningLaw.ThisAgreementshallbegovernedandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsoftheStateof(State),withoutregardtoitsconflictoflawsprinciples.8.EntireAgreement.ThisAgreement(includingtheattachedschedulesandexhibits,ifany)constitutestheentireagreementbetweenthePartieswithrespecttothesubjectmatterhereofandsupersedesallprioragreements,understandings,negotiations,anddiscussions,whetheroralorwritten,oftheParties.9.AmendmentsandModifications.ThisAgreementmaybeamendedormodifiedonlyawritteninstrumentexecutedbothParties.(FullNameofParty)

2.買家未能按時支付購買價格，或提供的支付能力證明不真實。

3.任何一方未能履行合同中規(guī)定的義務，包括但不限于辦理過戶手續(xù)、支付稅費等。
