lizestheDesignerfordelaysorprovidesanextensionoftimeifdelaysareduetounforeseencircumstances.2.泄露Client的機(jī)密信息:3.AdditionalServices或交付物侵犯知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán):4.Designer未能賠償因侵權(quán)或?yàn)E用而產(chǎn)生的損失:Solution:EnsurethattheindemnificationclausecoversallaspectsofpotentiallossandthattheDesignerhasadequateinsurance.5.未經(jīng)同意轉(zhuǎn)讓合同:Solution:Includearestrictiveclausethatspecifiesconditionsunderwhichtheagreementcanbeassigned,ifatall.6.未在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)支付額外費(fèi)用:Solution:Includeapaymentclausethatoutlineslatepa
