Initsexperiments,Keppler1steamusedsealedchambersthatcontained

thesameconcentrationofoxygenthatEarth1satmospherehas.Theymeasured

theamountsofmethanethatwerereleasedbybothlivingplantsanddried

Withthedriedplants,theresearcherstookmeasurementattemperatures
