地震應急監(jiān)測選址點采集數據規(guī)范

1范圍

本文件規(guī)定了震中區(qū)應急監(jiān)測選址點采集數據的基本要求,包括數據種類、數據類型、格式、字段

定義和表達方式等。

本文件適用于3級及以上地震發(fā)生后應急監(jiān)測點數據的采集。

2規(guī)范性引用文件

下列文件中的內容通過文中的規(guī)范性引用而構成本文件必不可少的條款。其中,注日期的引用文件,

僅該日期對應的版本適用于本文件;不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改單)適用于本

3術語和定義

GB/T18207.1、GB/T18207.2、GB/T17798界定的以及下列術語和定義適用于本文件。

3.1

地震Earthquake

大地震動。包括天然地震(構造地震、火山地震)、誘發(fā)地震(礦山采掘活動、水庫蓄水等引發(fā)的

地震)和人工地震(爆破、核爆炸、物體墜落等產生的地震)。一般指天然地震中的構造地震。

3.2

地震應急Earthquakeemergencyresponse

破壞性地震發(fā)生前所做的各種應急準備以及地震發(fā)生后采取的緊急搶險救災行動。

3.3

測震臺(站)Seismographstation

布設固定觀測的地震儀,用于連續(xù)觀測地面運動的地震臺。

基巖Bedrock

底巖上面最主要的牢固固結的地質層,它的力學性能不同于覆蓋層,而且是勻質的。

斷裂帶Faultzone

由主斷層面及其兩側破碎巖塊以及若干次級斷層或破裂面組成的地帶。

3.6

場地類別Siteclassification

根據土層數剪切波速和場地覆蓋層厚度等自然條件選取工程抗震設計參數和抗震措施時對建設場

地進行的分類。

地震速報系統(tǒng)Rapidearthquakereportsystem

對已發(fā)生地震的時間、地點、震級等的快速測報的系統(tǒng)。

4基本要求

4.1空間參考系

坐標系采用“2000國家大地坐標系(CGCS2000)”,高程基準采用“1985國家高程基準”。

4.2數據格式

各數據的空間位置信息、屬性值應與實際情況一致,且同一類型數據中不應存在重疊或重復,滿足

實際業(yè)務場景具體需要。

a)矢量數據

空間點數據(包括歷史地震數據、測震臺站數據和干擾源數據)要求帶坐標信息的文本格式數據或

含空間位置信息的shapefile格式數據;空間線和面數據(包括斷裂帶、基巖場地、不利場地)要求含

空間位置信息的shapefile格式數據(詳見附錄A)。

b)柵格數據

柵格數據是以行政區(qū)邊界為基準的近地表30m地層剪力波柵格數據。

4.3數據采集方式

數據采集方式應分為自動采集和人工采集兩種。

a)自動采集:通過與地震速報系統(tǒng)對接,實現地震信息的實時監(jiān)測和自動收集。采集的數據應按

照“5采集數據”要求,自動加載到歷史地震并安全存儲,應10分鐘收集一次。

b)人工采集:按照“5采集數據”的要求填寫地震應急監(jiān)測選址點數據,并人工錄入至相應的數

據庫中。
