Dear[Client'sName],

WearepleasedtopresentyouwiththisEngineering,Procurement,andConstruction(EPC)ContractAgreementforthe[ProjectName].Thisagreementaimstodefinetherights,obligations,andresponsibilitiesofbothpartiesinvolvedintheproject.Wehavecarefullycraftedthefollowingtermsandconditionstoensureaclearunderstandingandasuccessfulpartnership.

1.ScopeofWork

TheEPCContractor(hereinafterreferredtoas"Contractor")shallberesponsiblefortheengineering,procurement,construction,andcommissioningofthe[ProjectName]inaccordancewiththeagreed-uponspecificationsanddrawingsprovidedbytheClient(hereinafterreferredtoas"Owner").

2.Timeframe

3.PaymentTerms

5.ForceMajeure

Neitherpartyshallbeliableforanydelaysorfailuresintheperformanceoftheirobligationsunderthisagreementduetounforeseeableeventsbeyondtheirreasonablecontrol,includingbutnotlimitedtoactsofGod,naturaldisasters,strikes,andriots.

6.DisputeResolution

Anydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisagreementshallberesolvedamicablythroughnegotiations.Ifanagreementcannotbereached,thedisputesshallbereferredtoarbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesofthe[nameofarbitrationinstitution].

7.GoverningLawandJurisdiction

Thisagreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[country],andanydisputesshallbesubjecttotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecourtsof[country].
