1.GrantofRights

PartyAgrantsPartyBtheexclusiverighttopublish,distribute,andsellthebooktitled"[BookTitle]"(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Work")in[territory/countries]forthedurationofthecopyright.

2.ManuscriptDelivery

PartyBshalldeliverthecompleteandfinalmanuscriptoftheWorktoPartyAby[deadline].ThemanuscriptmustconformtoPartyA'seditorialstandardsandrequirements.

3.Publication

PartyAagreestopublishtheWorkwithin[timeframe]afterreceivingthecompleteandacceptablemanuscript.PartyAshallhavetherighttodeterminetheformat,coverdesign,andpricingoftheWork.

4.Royalties

PartyBshallbeentitledtoreceivearoyaltyof[percentage]onthenetrevenuefromthesalesoftheWork.Theroyaltyshallbepaid[frequency,e.g.,quarterly]afterPartyAreceivesthesalesproceeds.

5.MarketingandPromotion

PartyAshallberesponsibleformarketingandpromotingtheWork.PartyBagreestocooperatewithPartyAinpromotionalactivities,includingbutnotlimitedtointerviews,booksignings,andsocialmediacampaigns.

6.SubsidiaryRights

PartyAshallhavetherighttoexploitsubsidiaryrights,suchastranslation,dramatization,andadaptation,withpriorwrittenconsentfromPartyB.RevenuefromsubsidiaryrightsshallbedividedbetweenPartyAandPartyBasagreedupon.

7.Term

Thiscontractshallbeeffectivefromthedateofthelastsignaturebelowandshallcontinueforaperiodof[duration],afterwhichtherightsshallreverttoPartyB.

8.Termination

Eitherpartymayterminatethiscontractbyprovidingwrittennoticetotheotherpartyupontheoccurrenceofamaterialbreachthatisnotcuredwithin[timeframe].

9.DisputeResolution

Anydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththiscontractshallberesolvedthroughnegotiation.Ifthepartiesfailtoreachanagreement,thedisputeshallbesubmittedto[arbitration/mediation]in[jurisdiction].

10.GoverningLaw

Thiscontractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[jurisdiction].
