上午好！我叫xxx,現(xiàn)任二年級英語教師及英語教研組組長。我今天來競聘英

語教師的崗位。非常感謝學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給了我向大家介紹自己，接受檢驗和挑戰(zhàn)的機

會。我將客觀地說明我自己所具備的應(yīng)聘能力，全面地論述我對于做好英語教學(xué)工

作的總體思路和具體措施，并且，將心悅誠服地接受各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和老師的評判。

我是19xx年參加工作的，“彈指一揮間”，驀然回首走過的足跡，有太多值

得回味的東西一直在心頭涌動，七年來一直從事小學(xué)英語教學(xué)工作。我的工作得到

了在座的許多領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師的親切關(guān)懷和悉心幫助。我不敢辜負領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們的殷切期望，

勤勤懇懇，不斷進取，在思想上和工作能力上都有了不少的進步。站在大家面前有

點單瘦的我，穩(wěn)重而不死板，激進而不張揚，溫和而不懦弱，愚鈍而不懶惰，正直

而不固執(zhí)。

我覺得，我有如下幾個優(yōu)勢和條件：

1、有良好的師德

我為人處事的原則是：老老實實做人，認認真真工作，開開心心生活。自己一

貫注重個人品德素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)，努力做到尊重領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，團結(jié)同志，工作負責(zé)，辦事公

道，不計較個人得失，對工作對同志有公心，愛心，平常心和寬容心。自從參加工

作以來，我首先在師德上嚴格要求自己，要做一個合格的人民教師！與時俱進，愛

崗敬業(yè)，為人師表，熱愛學(xué)生，尊重學(xué)生，爭取讓每個學(xué)生都能享受到的教育，都

能有不同程度的發(fā)展。

2、有較高的專業(yè)水平

我從昌濰師專英語系畢業(yè)后曾到山東師范大學(xué)進修取得本科學(xué)歷，系統(tǒng)而又牢

固地掌握了英語教學(xué)的專業(yè)知識。多年來始終在教學(xué)第一線致力于小學(xué)英語教學(xué)及

研究，使自己的專業(yè)知識得到進一步充實、更新和擴展。被聘為教育部小學(xué)英語教

學(xué)評價實驗教師，系山東省雙語教育研究會會員，參編了《學(xué)習(xí)與創(chuàng)新》，《陽光

英語》等，有多篇論文發(fā)表和獲獎。

3、有較強的教學(xué)能力

從選擇教師這門職業(yè)的第一天起，我的心愿就是做一名受學(xué)生歡迎的好老師，

為了這個心愿，我一直在不懈努力著。要求自己做到牢固掌握本學(xué)科的基本理論知

識，熟悉相關(guān)學(xué)科的文化知識，不斷更新知識結(jié)構(gòu)，精通業(yè)務(wù)，精心施教，把握好

教學(xué)的難點重點，認真探索教學(xué)規(guī)律，鉆研教學(xué)藝術(shù)，努力形成自己的教學(xué)特色。

我的教學(xué)風(fēng)格和教學(xué)效果普遍受到學(xué)生的認可和歡迎。我提出的教學(xué)模式在市區(qū)研

討會上做了交流并發(fā)表在《課改通訊》上。

4、有突出的工作業(yè)績

我從20xx年8月學(xué)校成立后被選取調(diào)到學(xué)校擔(dān)任英語教師及教研組長。在這

段時間里，我工作的很幸福，生活的很愉快。任職期間我被評為山東省英語教學(xué)能

手，奎文區(qū)英語學(xué)科帶頭人，奎文區(qū)教育教學(xué)先進個人，奎文區(qū)現(xiàn)代技術(shù)教學(xué)能

手，奎文區(qū)優(yōu)秀團員等榮譽稱號。所教學(xué)生成績優(yōu)異，在5月份的全國小學(xué)生英語
