會(huì)議記錄（MeetingMinutes）是一種將開(kāi)會(huì)時(shí)與會(huì)者的發(fā)言和會(huì)議內(nèi)容記錄下來(lái)的文字材料。由于一次會(huì)議的決議不一定能當(dāng)場(chǎng)通過(guò)，所以需要記錄下來(lái)以備將來(lái)參考和修改。會(huì)議記錄用途廣泛，內(nèi)容往往涉及政府、公司、學(xué)校等場(chǎng)合的會(huì)議。會(huì)議記錄與報(bào)告的書(shū)寫(xiě)不同，I.GeneralintroductionBack1.Whataremeetingminutes它只是如實(shí)記錄會(huì)議情況，不需要像寫(xiě)報(bào)告書(shū)那樣加入自己的分析和建議。會(huì)議記錄一般采用過(guò)去式。最后往往經(jīng)主持人和記錄人簽字后保存。會(huì)議記錄一般有兩種形式：摘要記錄和全文記錄。

會(huì)議記錄的格式較為正式，通常分為會(huì)議名稱（title）、開(kāi)會(huì)時(shí)間（time）、地點(diǎn)（place）、出席人（personspresent）、缺席人（personsabsent）、討論事項(xiàng)（items）、通過(guò)決議（resolution）和記錄人等幾部分。記錄名稱一般標(biāo)于文章開(kāi)頭部分，可以居中，也可以按時(shí)下流行的書(shū)寫(xiě)格式一律居左。

新任公司會(huì)計(jì)羅紋接著匯報(bào)了本公司第一季度的財(cái)務(wù)規(guī)劃(見(jiàn)附件)。經(jīng)過(guò)討論，與會(huì)者簽名通過(guò)了這項(xiàng)財(cái)務(wù)規(guī)劃。銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)理馬可向大會(huì)簡(jiǎn)要匯報(bào)了最近的市場(chǎng)動(dòng)向。他說(shuō)目前本公司正面臨著來(lái)自一家新近建立的日本電子生產(chǎn)廠家“Dawoo”的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。他提出可以從幾個(gè)方面采取措施與“Dawoo”的銷(xiāo)售策略抗?fàn)?。?WritingPractice

在會(huì)上提出的其它問(wèn)題還有：

1)總經(jīng)理強(qiáng)調(diào)必須重視對(duì)新員工的在職培訓(xùn)。

2)總經(jīng)理解釋獎(jiǎng)金的發(fā)放原則。他強(qiáng)調(diào)應(yīng)該根據(jù)職工的貢獻(xiàn)大小而不是根據(jù)其服務(wù)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短來(lái)發(fā)放獎(jiǎng)金。由于春交會(huì)，原定3月20日舉行的下月例會(huì)將延期，具體日期待定后，另行通知。會(huì)議于6點(diǎn)結(jié)束。
