前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件修改采用ISO15614?10:2005《金屬材料焊接程序規(guī)范和鑒定焊接程序試驗(yàn)第10部

分:高壓干焊》。

本文件與ISO15614?10:2005相比作了下述結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整:

—第8章中8.5.2和8.5.3對(duì)應(yīng)ISO15614?10:2005第8章中的8.5.1和8.5.2,增加了8.5.1和8.5.4。

本文件與ISO15614?10:2005的技術(shù)差異及其原因如下:

—在適用范圍中加入了修復(fù)焊接,以便于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的實(shí)施;

—?jiǎng)h除了ISO原文中未引用的術(shù)語(見第3章),以便于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)施;

—用規(guī)范性引用的GB/T19866

替代了ISO15607:2003、GB/T44527替代了ISO15618?2:2001(見

第3章、第7章);用規(guī)范性引用的GB/T19867.1替代了ISO15609?1:2004(見第4章、第9章);

用規(guī)范性引用的GB/T16672

替代了ISO6947:1990(見6.3);增加規(guī)范性引用的GB/T40424

—增加了對(duì)于焊接方法代號(hào)要求,便于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)際應(yīng)用(見8.5.1);

—在方法代號(hào)中加入了激光焊(見8.5.1),以適用于激光焊接方法;

—在特定焊接方法中加入了關(guān)于激光焊的要求(見8.5.1和8.5.4),以適用于激光焊接方法;

—更改了表2中對(duì)于深度降低重新評(píng)定的要求,便于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用(見8.6)。

本文件做了下列編輯性修改:

—將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)名稱修改為《水下高壓干式焊接工藝評(píng)定試驗(yàn)》;

—增加了資料性附錄A。
