第六條安全生產(chǎn)與環(huán)保

6.1乙方應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按照國家及行業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)規(guī)定，加強(qiáng)施工現(xiàn)場安全管理，確保施工安全。

6.2乙方應(yīng)做好施工現(xiàn)場環(huán)境保護(hù)工作，遵守環(huán)保法規(guī)，確保施工過程中對環(huán)境的影響降到最低。

第七條違約責(zé)任

7.1雙方應(yīng)嚴(yán)格履行本合同各項(xiàng)條款，如一方違約，應(yīng)承擔(dān)違約責(zé)任，向守約方支付違約金，并賠償因此給對方造成的損失。

第八條爭議解決

第九條合同的生效、變更與解除

第十條保密條款

10.1雙方在簽訂和履行本合同過程中，應(yīng)對對方商業(yè)秘密、技術(shù)秘密等保密信息予以保密，未經(jīng)對方同意，不得向第三方披露。

第十一條附加條款

Article6:安全生產(chǎn)andEnvironmentalProtection

6.1TheContractorshallstrictlycomplywithnationalandindustrysafetyproductionregulations,strengthenthesafetymanagementoftheconstructionsite,andensurethesafetyofconstruction.

6.2TheContractorshalldoagoodjobinenvironmentalprotectionattheconstructionsite,complywithenvironmentalprotectionregulations,andensurethattheimpactoftheconstructionprocessontheenvironmentisminimized.

Article7:BreachofContractLiability

7.1Thepartiesshallstrictlyperformallthetermsofthiscontract,andifanypartybreachesthecontract,itshallbearthebreachofcontractliability,paythebreachofcontractamounttotheinjuredparty,andcompensateforthelossescausedbythebreachofcontract.

Article8:DisputeResolution

Article9:ContractEntryintoForce,Change,andTermination

9.2Thechangeorterminationofthecontractshallbesubjecttotheconsentofbothpartiesandshallbeevidencedbyawrittenagreement.

9.3Ifthereareanychangesorsupplementstothiscontractduetotheadjustmentofnationalpolicies,changesinlawsandregulations,andotheruncontrollablefactors,thepartiesshallbeentitledtomodifyorsupplementthiscontract.

Article10:ConfidentialityClause

10.1Thepartiesshallkeepconfidentialthebusinesssecrets,technicalsecrets,andotherinformationoftheotherpartyduringthenegotiationandperformanceofthiscontract,andshallnotdisclosesuchinformationtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorconsentoftheotherparty.

10.2Theconfidentialityperiodshallbecalculatedfromthesigningdateofthiscontracttotheacceptancedateoftheproject.

Article11:AdditionalProvisions

11.1Mattersnotprovidedforinthiscontractshallbesupplementedbysupplementaryagreements,whichshallhavethesamelegaleffectasthiscontract.
