前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T5526—1985《植物油脂檢驗(yàn)比重測(cè)定法》,與GB/T5526—1985相比,除結(jié)
構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動(dòng)外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:
—更改了文件的適用范圍(見(jiàn)第1章,1985年版的第1章);
—增加了數(shù)字密度計(jì)法作為第一法(見(jiàn)第4章),密度計(jì)法作為第四法(見(jiàn)第7章);
—增加了原理(見(jiàn)5.1和6.1);
—?jiǎng)h除了“試劑”(見(jiàn)1985年版的1.2和2.2);
—更改了部分操作步驟(見(jiàn)5.3和6.3,1985年版的1.3和2.3);
—更改了計(jì)算方法和計(jì)算公式(見(jiàn)5.4和6.4,1985年版的1.4和2.4);
—?jiǎng)h除了液體比重天平法的雙試驗(yàn)結(jié)果允許差(見(jiàn)1985年版的1.4);
—增加了相對(duì)密度計(jì)(比重計(jì))法和密度瓶法的精密度要求(見(jiàn)5.5和6.5)。

1范圍
本文件描述了動(dòng)植物油脂相對(duì)密度測(cè)定的數(shù)字密度計(jì)法、相對(duì)密度計(jì)(比重計(jì))法、密度瓶法和密
度計(jì)法。
本文件適用于動(dòng)植物油脂相對(duì)密度的測(cè)定。其中,第一法適用于液態(tài)、半固態(tài)動(dòng)植物油脂相對(duì)密度
的測(cè)定;第二法、第三法、第四法適用于液態(tài)動(dòng)植物油脂相對(duì)密度的測(cè)定。

3術(shù)語(yǔ)和定義

4數(shù)字密度計(jì)法(第一法)
4.1原理
采用U形管振蕩法,將試樣導(dǎo)入一端固定的U形管,利用激發(fā)裝置使U形管以一定的特征頻率振
蕩。該振蕩頻率二次方的大小與U形管中試樣的密度或相對(duì)密度呈線性關(guān)系。
4.2儀器
數(shù)字密度計(jì)應(yīng)具有自動(dòng)黏度修正及溫度熱平衡功能,準(zhǔn)確度應(yīng)符合:
—溫度:(0±0.05)℃~(100±0.05)℃;
—相對(duì)密度:(0±0.0001)~(3±0.0001)。
如采用自動(dòng)進(jìn)樣器,在檢測(cè)溫度范圍內(nèi)樣品的黏度不大于
