前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T5526—1985《植物油脂檢驗比重測定法》,與GB/T5526—1985相比,除結

構調整和編輯性改動外,主要技術變化如下:

—更改了文件的適用范圍(見第1章,1985年版的第1章);

—增加了數(shù)字密度計法作為第一法(見第4章),密度計法作為第四法(見第7章);

—增加了原理(見5.1和6.1);

—刪除了“試劑”(見1985年版的1.2和2.2);

—更改了部分操作步驟(見5.3和6.3,1985年版的1.3和2.3);

—更改了計算方法和計算公式(見5.4和6.4,1985年版的1.4和2.4);

—刪除了液體比重天平法的雙試驗結果允許差(見1985年版的1.4);

—增加了相對密度計(比重計)法和密度瓶法的精密度要求(見5.5和6.5)。

動植物油脂相對密度的測定

1范圍

本文件描述了動植物油脂相對密度測定的數(shù)字密度計法、相對密度計(比重計)法、密度瓶法和密

度計法。

本文件適用于動植物油脂相對密度的測定。其中,第一法適用于液態(tài)、半固態(tài)動植物油脂相對密度

的測定;第二法、第三法、第四法適用于液態(tài)動植物油脂相對密度的測定。

3術語和定義

4數(shù)字密度計法(第一法)

4.1原理

采用U形管振蕩法,將試樣導入一端固定的U形管,利用激發(fā)裝置使U形管以一定的特征頻率振

蕩。該振蕩頻率二次方的大小與U形管中試樣的密度或相對密度呈線性關系。

4.2儀器

數(shù)字密度計應具有自動黏度修正及溫度熱平衡功能,準確度應符合:

—溫度:(0±0.05)℃~(100±0.05)℃;

—相對密度:(0±0.0001)~(3±0.0001)。

如采用自動進樣器,在檢測溫度范圍內樣品的黏度不大于
