BasicProcedure

1.Beforeyoudoanythingforacomplaint,youneedtolistenandmakesureyouunderstandwhatisbeingsaidsothatyoumayavoidanymisunderstandingandlettheclientsseeyourgenuinecarefortheirproblems.2.Whatevertheproblem,alwaysapologizefirstthenseeifyoucansortitout.3.Ifyoucansortouttheproblem,whichmaybeacaseofmisunderstanding,thendoitconfidentlyandpolitely.
