本文件界定了劇院服務的術語和定義,規(guī)定了總體要求、劇院服務設施、劇院服務環(huán)境、劇院服務

人員、劇院服務內容、劇院安全要求、劇院文化建設和劇院服務質量評價。

本文件適用于劇院提供的服務,其他類型演出場所自愿參照使用。

注:本文件“劇院”特指公共劇院,即對外以演出經(jīng)營、劇目制作、場地租用等方式運營的劇院。
