3.Acknowledgestheproblemsoflimitedcapacity.Studentmistakes,notbeabletorecognizetheseriousnessoftheprobleminatimelymanner.Smallstudentviolatesschoolrulesandregulations,topossiblesecurityproblemsofthestudents.However,asastudent'sgoodfriend,isnotabletocontactthestudent,persuadethemtocorrecterrorsinatimelymanner,butamistakeagain.Thisisnotonlyalimitedabilitytounderstandproblemsofperformance,whilealsoconsideringproblemsisalackofcomprehensiveperformance.Iftheproblemisagoodunderstanding,cancorrectandproperlydealwiththeproblem.Nottodisregardstudentsafetyissues,moreeffectsiscarriedoutbyteachersofstudentmanagementwork.Allinall,lostherselfinthismatterthereinorder.Performance:lackoffullawarenessandcapacitytoaddresstheproblem,fromtheperspectiveofintellectual,immature,andunderstandingisincorrect;seefrombehavior,performancewastooimpulsive,doesnotconsidertheconsequencesofthings.
