1.8.2水泵的設(shè)置SettingofWaterPump一、水泵Waterpump（1）民用建筑物內(nèi)設(shè)置的生活給水泵房不應(yīng)毗鄰居住用房或在其上層或下層，水泵機(jī)組宜設(shè)在水池（箱）的側(cè)面、下方，其運(yùn)行噪聲應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《民用建筑隔聲設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》GB?50118的規(guī)定。Thedomesticwaterpumphousesetupincivilbuildingsshallnotbeadjacenttotheresidentialhousesorontheirupperorlowerfloors.Thewaterpumpunitshallbesetatthesideandthelowerpartofwaterpools(tanks),anditsoperationalnoiseshallcomplywiththecurrentprovisionsofthenationalstandard,CodeforDesignofSoundInsulationofCivilBuildings(GB50118).（2）水泵房應(yīng)設(shè)排水設(shè)施，通風(fēng)應(yīng)良好，不得結(jié)凍。Thewaterpumphouseshallbeequippedwithdrainagefacilities,andtheventilationshallbegoodwithoutfreezing.3.水泵的設(shè)置Settingofwaterpump一、水泵Waterpump（3）布置間距Layoutspacing泵房?jī)?nèi)宜有檢修水泵場(chǎng)地，檢修場(chǎng)地尺寸宜按水泵或電機(jī)外形尺寸四周有不小于0.7m的通道確定。泵房?jī)?nèi)單排布置的電控柜前面通道寬度不應(yīng)小于1.5m。泵房?jī)?nèi)宜設(shè)置手動(dòng)起重設(shè)備。Thereshouldbeapumpmaintenancesiteinthepumphouse,anditssizeshouldbedeterminedaccordingtothewaterpumporchannelsofnotlessthan0.7mandnearthemotordimensions.Thepassagewaywidthinfrontoftheelectricalcontrolcabinetarrangedinasinglerowinthepumphouseshallnotbelessthan1.5meters.Manualliftingequipmentshallbeprovidedinthepumphouse.電動(dòng)機(jī)額定功率（KW）Ratedpowerofthemotor(kW)水泵機(jī)組外廓面與墻面之間的最小間距（m）Theminimumspacing(m)betweenthe

waterpumpsets≤220.80.4＞22，＜551.00.8≥55，≤1601.21.2一、水泵Waterpump（4）水泵宜自灌吸水，并應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：Thepumpshalladopttheautomaticwater-fillingsystem,andmeetthefollowingrequirements:每臺(tái)水泵宜設(shè)置單獨(dú)從水池吸水的吸水管。

Eachwaterpumpshallbeprovidedwithasuctionpipeseparatelysuckingwaterfromthereservoir.吸水管內(nèi)的流速宜采用1.0m/s～1.2m/s。

Theflowvelocityinthesuctionpipeshouldbe1.0~1.2m/s.吸水管與吸水管之間的凈距，不宜小于3.5倍吸水管管徑（管徑以相鄰兩者的平均值計(jì)）。

Thecleardistancebetweenthesuctionpipeshouldnotbelessthan3.5timesthediameterofthesuctionpipe(theaveragediametervalueofadjacenttwopipes).當(dāng)水池水位不能滿足水泵自灌啟動(dòng)水位時(shí)，應(yīng)設(shè)置防止水泵空載啟動(dòng)的保護(hù)措施。

Whenthewaterlevelofthereservoircannotmeettheautomaticwater-fillingstartingwaterlevelofthepump,protectivemeasuresshallbetakentopreventthepumpfromstartingwithoutload.一、水泵Waterpump（5）喇叭口Bellmouth吸水管口宜設(shè)置喇叭口；喇叭口宜向下，低于水池最低水位不宜小于0.3m；當(dāng)達(dá)不到上述要求時(shí)，應(yīng)采取防止空氣被吸入的措施。

Thesuctionpipeshallbeprovidedwithahornmouth,whichshallbedownwardandnotlessthan0.3metersbelowthelowestwaterlevelofthereservoir.Whentheaboverequirementscannotbemet,measuresshallbetakentopreventairfrombeingsuckedin.吸水管喇叭口至池底的凈距，不應(yīng)小于0.8倍吸水管管徑，且不應(yīng)小于0.1m；吸水管喇叭口邊緣與池壁的凈距不宜小于1.5倍吸水管管徑。

Thecleardistancefromthesuctionpipebellmouthtothereservoirbottomshallnotbelessthan0.8timesthesuctionpipediameter,andshallnotbelessthan0.1meters;thecleardistancebetweentheedgeofthesuctionpipebellmouthandthereservoirwallshallnotbelessthan1.5timesthesuctionpipediameter.供水泵吸水的水池（箱）內(nèi)宜設(shè)有水泵吸水坑，吸水坑的大小和深度應(yīng)滿足水泵或水泵吸水管的安裝要求。

Awaterpumpsuctionpitshallbesetinthewaterpool(tank)forthewaterpumptosuckwater.Thesizeanddepthofthesuctionpitshallmeettheinstallationrequirementsofthewaterpumporitssuctionpipe.喇叭口Bellmouth一、水泵Waterpump（6）當(dāng)每臺(tái)水泵單獨(dú)從水池（箱）吸水有困難時(shí)，可采用單獨(dú)從吸水總管上自灌吸水。

Whenitisdifficultforeachwaterpumptosuckwaterfromthewaterpool(tanks)separately,itcansuckwaterfromthemainwatersuctionpipeautomaticallyandseparately.

（7）吸水總管伸入水池（箱）的引水管不宜少于2條，當(dāng)1條引水管發(fā)生故障時(shí)，其余引水管應(yīng)能通過全部設(shè)計(jì)流量；每條引水管上都應(yīng)設(shè)閥門。

Thereshallbenolessthan2waterinletpipesextendingintothewaterpool(tank)fromthemainwatersuctionpipe.When1waterinletpipefails,otherwaterinletpipesshallbeabletopassallthedesignflow;valvesshallbesetoneachwaterinletpipe.

一、水泵Waterpump（8）每臺(tái)水泵的出水管上應(yīng)裝設(shè)壓力表、檢修閥門、止回閥或水泵多功能控制閥，必要時(shí)可在數(shù)臺(tái)水泵出水匯合總管上設(shè)置水錘消除裝置。自灌式吸水的水泵吸水管上應(yīng)裝設(shè)閥門。Theoutletpipeofeachwaterpumpshallbeequippedwithapressuremeter,maintenancevalve,checkvalveormulti-functionalcontrolvalveforthewaterpump.Ifnecessary,awaterhammerarrestercanbesetontheconfluentmainoutletpipeofseveralwaterpumps.Valvesshallbeinstalledonthesuctionpipesofautomaticwater-fillingpumps.一、水泵Waterpump一、水泵Waterpump一、水泵Waterpump（9）水泵基礎(chǔ)高出地面的高度應(yīng)便于水泵安裝，不應(yīng)小于0.10m；泵房?jī)?nèi)管道管外底距地面或管溝底面的距離，當(dāng)管徑不大于150mm時(shí)，不應(yīng)小于0.20m；當(dāng)管徑大于或等于200mm時(shí)，不應(yīng)小于0.25m。Theheightofthepumpfoundationabovethegroundshallbeconvenientforpumpinstallationandshallnotbelessthan0.10meters.Whenthepipediameterisnotmorethan150millimeters,thedistancefromtheouter
