3采暖系統(tǒng)的選擇與確定3.1確定熱媒本次設(shè)計(jì)采用散熱器采暖,系統(tǒng)以95℃/70℃的熱水為熱媒。熱水熱媒具有以下優(yōu)點(diǎn):1、熱能利用效率高;2、改變水溫好調(diào)節(jié),更滿足衛(wèi)生需求;3、蓄熱能力高;4、可以遠(yuǎn)距離輸送,供熱半徑大。3.2確定熱源本工程采暖方式為低溫?zé)崴匕遢椛洳膳?,由市政管熱力管網(wǎng)提供。3.3確定系統(tǒng)形式重力循環(huán)系統(tǒng)中水靠其密度差循環(huán),該作用壓頭稱為重力循環(huán)作用壓頭,不需要外來動(dòng)力運(yùn)行時(shí)無噪聲、調(diào)節(jié)方便、管理簡單,由于作用壓頭小,同等流量時(shí)所需的管徑大,只適合用與沒有集中供熱熱源、對(duì)供熱質(zhì)量有特殊要求的小型建筑物中,本設(shè)計(jì)屬于集中供熱熱源,大型建筑物,不適用于這個(gè)系統(tǒng)。機(jī)械循環(huán)系統(tǒng)中的循環(huán)動(dòng)力主要來自于循環(huán)水泵,大多數(shù)情況膨脹水箱接到系統(tǒng)循環(huán)水泵的入口測,在此系統(tǒng)中膨脹水箱不起排氣作用,所以在系統(tǒng)水平供水干管末端設(shè)有集氣罐,進(jìn)行集中排氣。供水干管的標(biāo)高向集氣罐提升。機(jī)械循環(huán)系統(tǒng)作用半徑大,是集中供暖系統(tǒng)的主要形式。雙管系統(tǒng)是用兩根立管或兩根水平支干管(一根管供水、一根管回水)將多組散熱器相互并聯(lián)起來的系統(tǒng)。雙管系統(tǒng)可單個(gè)調(diào)節(jié)散熱器的散熱量,有利于降低供暖能耗;如在各散熱器進(jìn)出口安裝關(guān)閉閥,則維修和改變散熱器的散熱量時(shí),不影響其他用戶使用,但消耗管材多、施工麻煩、造價(jià)高。雙管系統(tǒng)用于要求供暖質(zhì)量較高、可單個(gè)調(diào)節(jié)散熱器散熱量的建筑。單管系統(tǒng)分為順流式、跨越管式和分流管式三大類。順流式單管系統(tǒng),每一立管中熱水依次流經(jīng)各層散熱器,與各層散熱器流量相等,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單;無跨越管、節(jié)省管道;比跨越管式單管系統(tǒng)減少散熱器用量;散熱器支管無調(diào)節(jié)閥,減少閥門費(fèi)用。因此造價(jià)低、施工簡便。但不能單個(gè)調(diào)節(jié)散熱器的散熱量,不利于節(jié)能和提高供暖質(zhì)量??捎糜诠步ㄖ膹d堂、館所和工業(yè)建筑的車間等建筑面積大、不需對(duì)單個(gè)散熱器的散熱量進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)的處所??缭焦苁絾喂芟到y(tǒng),與順流式相比散熱器的散熱量可調(diào),因而可以節(jié)能和提高供暖質(zhì)量。但要增加跨越管、散熱器和兩通調(diào)節(jié)閥門的費(fèi)用,增加系統(tǒng)的阻力損失,安裝稍麻煩。可用于要求單個(gè)調(diào)節(jié)散熱器散熱量的各類建筑中。分流管式單管系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)兼有順流式系統(tǒng)可減少散熱器用量和跨越管式系統(tǒng)可調(diào)節(jié)室溫、節(jié)能的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。而且比跨越管式系統(tǒng)散熱器散熱量的調(diào)節(jié)范圍要大,更加有利于調(diào)節(jié)室溫和節(jié)能。與順流式相比要增加三通調(diào)節(jié)閥門的費(fèi)用,增加系統(tǒng)的阻力損失。是單管系統(tǒng)中最有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)單個(gè)散熱器調(diào)節(jié)的系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)取分流管的流量為零的工況為設(shè)計(jì)工況。垂直式系統(tǒng)大直徑的干管可布置在底層(或管溝)頂棚下或設(shè)備層內(nèi),立管多,但無水平支干管。便于集中排氣。同一用途房間(例如樓梯間、衛(wèi)生間等)的散熱器可連接在同立管上,便于調(diào)節(jié)、維修,以及維修時(shí)不影響其他房間供暖。水平式系統(tǒng)便于分層或分戶控制和調(diào)節(jié)。大直徑的干管少、水平支干管多、穿樓板的文個(gè)少,有利加快施工進(jìn)度。系統(tǒng)中單獨(dú)設(shè)置膨脹水箱時(shí),水箱標(biāo)高可以降低。室內(nèi)無立管此較美觀。但靠近地面處布置管道,有礙清掃。水平式系統(tǒng)以往多用于有大面積的廳,堂公用建筑中,近年來用于居住建筑分戶熱計(jì)量系統(tǒng)??紤]到本工程的實(shí)際規(guī)模和施工的方便性,根據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)節(jié)約并滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求的原則,采用機(jī)械雙管下供下回異程式系統(tǒng),散熱器面積和管道的安裝工作量都最小。該系統(tǒng)具有:1、緩和了上供下回式系統(tǒng)的垂直失調(diào)象;2、安裝供回水干管需設(shè)置地溝;3、室內(nèi)無供水干管,頂層房間美觀等優(yōu)點(diǎn);但也具有排氣不便等的缺點(diǎn)。

5水力計(jì)算5.1遵循的基本原則供熱管網(wǎng)干管的管徑不應(yīng)小于50mm,通往各單體建筑物的分支管管徑一般不宜小于32mm.在供熱管網(wǎng)設(shè)計(jì)中,有的點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)靜壓值超過允許值時(shí),應(yīng)分開設(shè)置孤獨(dú)的供熱系統(tǒng)。5.2供暖系統(tǒng)管路水力計(jì)算的主要任務(wù)按已知系統(tǒng)各管段的流量和系統(tǒng)的循環(huán)作用壓力確定個(gè)管段管徑;按已知系統(tǒng)各管段的流量和各管段的管徑確定系統(tǒng)所必需的循環(huán)作用壓力;按已知系統(tǒng)各管段的管徑和該管段的允許降壓確定通過該管道的水流量;5.3水力計(jì)算步驟統(tǒng)計(jì)出立管承擔(dān)的負(fù)荷,查25℃溫差的熱水供暖系統(tǒng)水力計(jì)算表,該負(fù)荷對(duì)應(yīng)的各種管徑,找到比摩阻〈120Pa的那個(gè)就行,這是立管管徑。單側(cè)接散熱器的支管管徑等于立管管徑,雙側(cè)接散熱器的支管管徑的確定方法同立管。有了立管、支管管徑后,查垂直單管同程式管壓降2KPa時(shí)的流量表,得各立管的查表流量。選擇等壓降法計(jì)算按25℃供水溫差計(jì)算,把各立管的壓降視作相等,計(jì)算順序:先立管,后干管。立管由遠(yuǎn)及近,干管無所謂,但要求兩個(gè)立管之間的干管壓損誤差盡量小于10%。實(shí)在做不到,交給閥門。5.4水力計(jì)算公式沿程阻力:
