Article5:MaintenanceandRepair

5.1TheLessorshallmaintainthePropertyingoodconditionduringtheleaseterm,andshallberesponsibleforanynecessaryrepairsormaintenance.

5.2TheLesseeshallmaintainthePropertyingoodconditionduringtheleaseterm,andshallberesponsibleforanydamagecausedbytheLessee'snegligenceormisuse.

Article6:TerminationoftheContract

6.1ThisContractmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyupon[NoticePeriod]priorwrittennoticetotheotherparty.

6.2IntheeventofabreachofthisContractbyeitherparty,thenon-breachingpartyshallhavetherighttoterminatethisContractimmediatelyuponwrittennoticetothebreachingparty.

Article7:DisputeResolution

7.1AnydisputesarisingfromorinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiationsbetweentheparties.

7.2Ifthepartiesfailtoreachanagreementthroughnegotiations,thedisputesshallbesubmittedtothe[ApplicableJurisdiction]People'sCourtforresolution.

4.1PartyBshallpaytherentforthePropertyinaccordancewiththeagreedtermsandconditions.

4.2PartyBshallcomplywithallapplicablelaws,regulations,andlocalordinancesintheuseoftheProperty.

4.3PartyBshallnotifyPartyAandPartyCofanychangesintheuseoftheProperty,aswellasanypotentialrisksorissuesthatmayarise.

Article5:RightsandObligationsofPartyC

5.1PartyCshallmanagethePropertywithduediligenceandinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContract.

5.2PartyCshallmaintainthePropertyingoodconditionandpromptlyaddressanyrepairsormaintenanceissues.

5.3PartyCshallprovidePartyAwithmonthlyreportsontheconditionandusageoftheProperty.

Article6:TerminationandBreachofContract

6.1IntheeventofabreachofthisContractbyPartyB,PartyAshallhavetherighttoterminatethisContractimmediatelyuponwrittennoticetoPartyB.

6.2IntheeventofabreachofthisContractbyPartyC,PartyAshallhavetherighttoterminatethisContractimmediatelyuponwrittennoticetoPartyC.

6.3UponterminationofthisContract,PartyBshallpayalloutstandingrentanddamagestoPartyA,asdeterminedbyPartyA.

Article7:LimitationsonPartyB

7.1PartyBshallnotsublet,assign,ortransferthePropertywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofPartyA.

7.2PartyBshallnotusethePropertyforanypurposeotherthanthatagreeduponbyPartyAandPartyB.

7.3PartyBshallnotmakeanyalterationsormodificationstothePropertywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofPartyA.

Article8:Insurance

8.1PartyAshallobtainandmaintaininsurancecoveragefortheProperty,includingliabilityinsuranceandpropertydamageinsurance,asmayberequiredbyapplicablelawsandregulations.

8.2PartyBshallobtainandmaintaininsurancecoverageforanypersonalpropertybroughtontotheProperty,asmayberequiredbyapplicablelawsandregulations.

Article9:DisputeResolution

9.1AnydisputesarisingfromorinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiationsbetweentheparties.

9.2Ifthepartiesfailtoreachanagreementthroughnegotiations,thedisputesshallbesubmittedtothe[ApplicableJurisdiction]People'sCourtforresolution.

6.1IntheeventofabreachofthisContractbyPartyA,PartyBshallhavetherighttoterminatethisContractimmediatelyuponwrittennoticetoPartyA.

6.2IntheeventofabreachofthisContractbyPartyC,PartyBshallhavetherighttoterminatethisContractimmediatelyuponwrittennoticetoPartyC.

6.3UponterminationofthisContract,PartyAshallrefundanyrentpaidinadvancebyPartyB,lessanydamagesorexpensesincurredbyPartyA.

Article7:LimitationsonPartyA

7.1PartyAshallnotunreasonablyrestrictPartyB'suseofthePropertyorimposeadditionalfeesorchargeswithoutpriorwrittenconsentfromPartyB.

7.2PartyAshallnotenterthePropertywithoutpriornoticetoPartyB,exceptinthecaseofanemergencyorfornecessaryrepairs.

7.3PartyAshallnotmakeanyalterationsormodificationstothePropertywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofPartyB.

Article8:Insurance

8.1PartyAshallobtainandmaintaininsurancecoveragefortheProperty,includingliabilityinsuranceandpropertydamageinsurance,asmayberequiredbyapplicablelawsandregulations.

8.2PartyBshallobtainandmaintaininsurancecoverageforan
