瑞秋不知道馬賽爾屬于非法飼養(yǎng)的外來動(dòng)物，打電話給動(dòng)物保護(hù)協(xié)會(huì)求助；

動(dòng)物管理員原來是莫妮卡和瑞秋的高中同學(xué)路易薩。

其貌不揚(yáng)的路易薩對高中時(shí)大出風(fēng)頭的瑞秋心懷不滿，所以決定不予協(xié)助。

在找尋馬賽爾的過程中，喬伊和錢德遇到辣妹薩曼莎和啼爾，她們家的散熱器壞掉了。

路易薩試圖給馬賽爾注射麻醉藥，菲比飛身撲救，結(jié)果身中麻醉槍，半邊屁股沉睡不醒。

送到海先生家的香蕉暴露了馬賽爾的行蹤，大家都到海先生的公寓里，

而海先生卻詭辯說猴子是他的，這時(shí)路易薩出現(xiàn)了，將猴子關(guān)進(jìn)籠子。
