課件用心制作必出精品樣，也可能因討厭一位老師而討厭學(xué)習(xí)。一個被學(xué)生喜歡的老師，其教育效果總是超出一般教師。無論中學(xué)生還是小學(xué)生，他們對自己喜歡的老師都會有一些普遍認同的標準，諸如尊重和理解學(xué)生，寬容、不傷害學(xué)生自尊心，平等待人、說話辦事公道、有耐心、不輕易發(fā)脾氣等。教師要放下架子，把學(xué)生放在心上?！岸紫律碜雍蛯W(xué)生說話，走下講臺給學(xué)生講課”;關(guān)心學(xué)生情感體驗，讓學(xué)生感受到被關(guān)懷的溫暖;自覺接受學(xué)生的評價，努力做學(xué)生喜歡的老師。教師要學(xué)會寬容，寬容學(xué)生的錯誤和過失，寬容學(xué)生一時沒有取得很大的進步。蘇霍姆林斯基說過：有時寬容引起的道德震動，比懲罰更強烈。每當(dāng)想起葉圣陶先生的話：你這糊涂的先生，在你教鞭下有瓦特，在你的冷眼里有牛頓，在你的譏笑里有愛迪生。身為教師，就更加感受到自己職責(zé)的神圣和一言一行的重要。善待每一個學(xué)生，做學(xué)生喜歡的老師，師生雙方才會有愉快的情感體驗。一個教師，只有當(dāng)他受到學(xué)生喜愛時，才能真正實現(xiàn)自己的最大價值。義務(wù)教育課程方案和課程標準（2022年版）簡介新課標的全名叫做《義務(wù)教育課程方案和課程標準（2022年版）》，文件包括義務(wù)教育課程方案和16個課程標準（2022年版），不僅有語文數(shù)學(xué)等主要科目，連勞動、道德這些，也有非常詳細的課程標準?，F(xiàn)行義務(wù)教育課程標準，是2011年制定的，離現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)十多年了；而課程方案最早，要追溯到2001年，已經(jīng)二十多年沒更新過了，很多內(nèi)容，確實需要根據(jù)現(xiàn)實情況更新。所以這次新標準的實施，首先是對老課標的一次升級完善。另外，在雙減的大背景下頒布，也能體現(xiàn)出，國家對未來教育改革方向的規(guī)劃。課程方案課程標準是啥？課程方案是對某一學(xué)科課程的總體設(shè)計，或者說，是對教學(xué)過程的計劃安排。簡單說，每個年級上什么課，每周上幾節(jié)，老師上課怎么講，課程方案就是依據(jù)。課程標準是規(guī)定某一學(xué)科的課程性質(zhì)、課程目標、內(nèi)容目標、實施建議的教學(xué)指導(dǎo)性文件，也就是說，它規(guī)定了，老師上課都要講什么內(nèi)容。課程方案和課程標準，就像是一面旗幟，學(xué)校里所有具體的課程設(shè)計，都要朝它無限靠近。所以，這份文件的出臺，其實給學(xué)校教育定了一個總基調(diào)，決定了我們孩子成長的走向。各門課程基于培養(yǎng)目標，將黨的教育方針具體化細化為學(xué)生核心素養(yǎng)發(fā)展要求，明確本課程應(yīng)著力培養(yǎng)的正確價值觀、必備品格和關(guān)鍵能力。進一步優(yōu)化了課程設(shè)置，九年一體化設(shè)計，注重幼小銜接、小學(xué)初中銜接，獨立設(shè)置勞動課程。與時俱進，更新課程內(nèi)容，改進課程內(nèi)容組織與呈現(xiàn)形式，注重學(xué)科內(nèi)知識關(guān)聯(lián)、學(xué)科間關(guān)聯(lián)。結(jié)合課程內(nèi)容，依據(jù)核心素養(yǎng)發(fā)展水平，提出學(xué)業(yè)質(zhì)量標準，引導(dǎo)和幫助教師把握教學(xué)深度與廣度。通過增加學(xué)業(yè)要求、教學(xué)提示、評價案例等，增強了指導(dǎo)性。教育部將組織宣傳解讀、培訓(xùn)等工作，指導(dǎo)地方和學(xué)校細化課程實施要求，部署教材修訂工作，啟動一批課程改革項目，推動新修訂的義務(wù)教育課程有效落實。
