6.MaintenanceandRepairs

TheTenantshallmaintainthePropertyingoodconditionduringtheLeaseTermandshallpromptlyreportanynecessaryrepairstotheLandlord.TheLandlordshallrepairanymajordefectsinthePropertycausedbynormalwearandtear,subjecttotheprovisionsofthisAgreement.

7.TerminationoftheLease

TheTenantmayterminatethisAgreementbyprovidingtheLandlordwithawrittennoticeofterminationatleast__________dayspriortotheterminationdate.TheLandlordmayterminatethisAgreementbyprovidingtheTenantwithawrittennoticeofterminationatleast__________dayspriortotheterminationdate.

8.GoverningLaw

2.2.TheLandlordhastherighttoinspectthePropertyperiodicallytoensurecompliancewiththetermsofthisAgreement.

2.4.TheLandlordisresponsibleformanagingtheProperty,includinghiringandsupervisingtheThirdParty.

3.Tenant'sRightsandObligations

3.2.TheTenanthastherighttorequestrepairstothePropertywithinareasonabletimeframe.

4.ThirdParty'sRightsandObligations

4.1.TheThirdPartyhastherighttoreceivecompensationfortheirservicesfromtheLandlord.

-ToensurethePropertyiswell-maintainedandincompliancewiththetermsofthisAgreement.

-ToprovideadirectpointofcontactfortheTenantincaseofanyissuesordisputes.

8.PurposeandSignificanceofAParty'sDominance

7.PurposeandSignificanceofTenant'sDominance
