**Whereas,thefollowingagreementsareherebymade,witnessed,andenteredintobetweentheContractorandthePrincipal:**

1.**DefinitionofCommission**:"Commission"shallmeanthecompensationpayablebythePrincipaltotheContractorforthesuccessfulgenerationandsecuringof[Principal'sBusinessDescription]asdescribedinthisContract.
