RoutineInspectionofComputerInterlockingEquipment3．安全措施3.1人身安全(1)在作業(yè)過程中，要做好自控、互控、他控，確保人身安全。(2)注意工具絕緣，作業(yè)人員應(yīng)做好絕緣防護(hù)措施，帶電作業(yè)必須一人作業(yè)，一人防護(hù)，使用用電設(shè)備時(shí)必須使用漏電保護(hù)器。3.2作業(yè)安全(1)個(gè)人工具要做到出工前的認(rèn)真檢查，確保作業(yè)中的絕對(duì)安全。(2)信號(hào)作業(yè)人員必須認(rèn)真執(zhí)行“三不動(dòng)”、“三不離”安全作業(yè)制度和“七嚴(yán)禁”基本作業(yè)紀(jì)律。(3)巡視作業(yè)影響設(shè)備正常使用時(shí)，必須聯(lián)系要點(diǎn)。(4)禁止帶封連線進(jìn)入機(jī)械室。禁止進(jìn)入機(jī)柜連接的電纜使用兆歐表測(cè)試絕緣。(5)禁止運(yùn)行無關(guān)磁盤，以防病毒侵入。更換模塊應(yīng)按照有關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行，要求冷插拔的模塊禁止帶電熱插拔。(6)定期檢查計(jì)算機(jī)各種備品、備件，保證齊全良好，使用后及時(shí)補(bǔ)充。Bilock聯(lián)鎖系統(tǒng)維護(hù)-日常巡視

RoutineInspectionofComputerInterlockingEquipment5.3巡視設(shè)備(1)各機(jī)柜安裝正直穩(wěn)固，無傾斜，各機(jī)器符號(hào)（號(hào)碼）清晰正確。(2)聯(lián)鎖HMI顯示設(shè)備外觀整潔，站場(chǎng)信息完整正確，主備機(jī)、主副電源等各種表示燈表明設(shè)備處于正常工作狀態(tài)，有無告警信息。(3)設(shè)備外觀及加鎖裝置良好，檢查計(jì)數(shù)器有無變化，確認(rèn)聯(lián)鎖兩系主從關(guān)系與上次記錄比較無變化。(4)機(jī)柜風(fēng)扇工作正常，各種工作指示燈顯示正確，檢查有無報(bào)警指示，機(jī)柜盤面手柄、開關(guān)位置正確，無局部過熱、異常噪音和異常氣味，操作表示機(jī)、聯(lián)鎖機(jī)、驅(qū)采機(jī)、通信機(jī)等處于正常工作狀態(tài)，無報(bào)警指示；機(jī)柜盤面手柄、開關(guān)、按鈕位置正確。機(jī)柜內(nèi)部設(shè)備如路由器、協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換器、交換機(jī)正常，電源無過熱。(5)在維修機(jī)上查看各種記錄，查詢有無異常報(bào)警信息。發(fā)現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤信息和不正常情況時(shí)，及時(shí)分析處理，并通知上級(jí)主管部門。(6)顯示器、鍵盤清掃。(7)微機(jī)日期、時(shí)鐘應(yīng)正確，有誤差時(shí)在維修機(jī)或控制臺(tái)上及時(shí)進(jìn)行調(diào)整Bilock聯(lián)鎖系統(tǒng)維護(hù)-日常巡視
