DS6-60型計算機(jī)聯(lián)鎖系統(tǒng)硬件系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成HardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI天津鐵道職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院聯(lián)鎖與軌旁信號設(shè)備維護(hù)DS6-60型計算機(jī)聯(lián)鎖系統(tǒng)硬件系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成DS6-60計算機(jī)聯(lián)鎖系統(tǒng)由控顯子系統(tǒng)、聯(lián)鎖子系統(tǒng)、輸入輸出子系統(tǒng)、電務(wù)維修子系統(tǒng)和電源子系統(tǒng)五個部分組成。DS6-60型計算機(jī)聯(lián)鎖系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)組成如圖DS6-60型計算機(jī)聯(lián)鎖系統(tǒng)硬件系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成TheDS6-60CBIconsistsoffiveparts:thecontrol&displaysubsystem,theinterlockingsubsystem,theI/Osubsystem,theS&Cmaintenancesubsystem,andthepowersubsystem.ThestructureoftheDS6-60CBIisshowninFigureHardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI(一)控顯子系統(tǒng)控顯子系統(tǒng)是用于站場圖形實(shí)時顯示和車站值班員進(jìn)行操作的設(shè)備??仫@子系統(tǒng)由控顯主機(jī)、顯示器、鼠標(biāo)及音箱組成??仫@主機(jī)設(shè)在機(jī)械室,顯示器、鼠標(biāo)及音箱設(shè)在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)室控顯子系統(tǒng)接口配線圖DS6-60型計算機(jī)聯(lián)鎖系統(tǒng)硬件系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成1.Control&DisplaySubsystemThecontroldisplaysubsystemisusedforthereal-timedisplayofstationgraphicsandtheoperationofthestationattendant.Thecontrol&displaysubsystemconsistsofacontrol&displayhost,amonitor,amouse,andaspeaker.Themaincontrolunitislocatedinthemachineryroom,andthemonitor,mouse,andspeakersarelocatedinthetrainoperationoffice.HardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI(二)聯(lián)鎖子系統(tǒng)聯(lián)鎖機(jī)通過光纖與輸入子系統(tǒng)連接,接收輸入子系統(tǒng)采集的現(xiàn)場信號設(shè)備狀態(tài);通過光纖與控顯機(jī)連接,接收控顯機(jī)下發(fā)的控制臺操作命令,根據(jù)按鈕命令進(jìn)行聯(lián)鎖運(yùn)算,產(chǎn)生輸出命令;通過光纖與輸出子系統(tǒng)連接,發(fā)送輸出命令到輸出子系統(tǒng),由輸出子系統(tǒng)驅(qū)動繼電器動作,實(shí)現(xiàn)對道岔和信號機(jī)的控制。聯(lián)鎖子系統(tǒng)由聯(lián)鎖I系機(jī)籠、聯(lián)鎖II系機(jī)籠組成。聯(lián)鎖雙系的工作方式為并行主從系統(tǒng),根據(jù)開機(jī)順序,首先投入運(yùn)行的為主系,后投入的為從系。在運(yùn)行中,從系與主系保持同步,如果其中一系發(fā)生故障,按故障程度不同降級為待機(jī)或退出運(yùn)行,另一系自動升為主系,維持系統(tǒng)控制功能。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置聯(lián)鎖邏輯部機(jī)籠前視圖DS6-60型計算機(jī)聯(lián)鎖系統(tǒng)硬件系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成

2.InterlockingSubsystemTheinterlockingcomputerconnectedtotheinputsubsystemviaopticalfibertoreceivethestatusoftheon-sitesignalequipmentcollectedbytheinputsubsystem.Connectedtothecontrol&displaycomputerviaopticalfiber,itreceivesthecontrolconsoleoperationcommandsfromthecontrol&displaycomputer,performsinterlockingcalculationsaccordingtothebuttoncommands,andgeneratesoutputcommands;connectedtotheoutputsubsystemviaopticalfiber,itsendsoutputcommandstotheoutputsubsystem,whichdrivestherelaystorealizethecontrolofturnoutsandsignal.TheinterlockingsubsystemconsistsofaninterlockingSeriesIcageandaninterlockingSeriesIIcage.Theinterlockingtwinsystemsoperateasaparallelmaster-slavesystem,withthemastersystembeingputintooperationfirstandtheslavesystembeingputintooperationsecondaccordingtothestart-upsequence.Inoperation,theslavesystemissynchronizedwiththemastersystemandifoneofthesystemsfaultsoccurs,itisdegradedtostandbyorwithdrawnfromoperationdependingonthedegreeoffault,andtheothersystemisautomaticallyupgradedtomastertomaintainthesystemcontrolfunction.HardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI1.聯(lián)鎖邏輯部底板(CIL--N2220)聯(lián)鎖子系統(tǒng)的總線背板,聯(lián)鎖部所有可插拔板控制板,都通過CIL-N2220聯(lián)鎖邏輯部總線底板連接起來。2.聯(lián)鎖邏輯部前插電源板(CIL--F2010)邏輯部機(jī)籠內(nèi)的前插電源板內(nèi)部設(shè)置了24VDC/5VDC轉(zhuǎn)換電路,將系統(tǒng)提供的+24V電源轉(zhuǎn)換成+5V,提供給邏輯部的各個電路插板。3.聯(lián)鎖邏輯部CPU板(CIL--F2230)聯(lián)鎖邏輯部CPU板是一個具有二取二結(jié)構(gòu)的故障—安全處理單元,主要實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)鎖運(yùn)算功能、二取二比較功能、與外圍板卡通信功能。聯(lián)鎖邏輯部CPU板包含有兩個獨(dú)立的CPU單元,通過設(shè)在兩個CPU單元間DPRAM實(shí)現(xiàn)兩個CPU單元的數(shù)據(jù)交換和比較。兩個CPU單元同時運(yùn)行聯(lián)鎖程序,利用外部提供的同步時鐘源提供的中斷,使兩個CPU能夠保持同步;兩者的運(yùn)算結(jié)果通過DPRAM做比較,比較一致時輸出數(shù)據(jù),完成二取二安全控制功能。4.聯(lián)鎖邏輯部雙系通信接口板(CIL--F2241)聯(lián)鎖邏輯部雙系通信板完成聯(lián)鎖雙系間通信的功能,它將一個系CPU模塊通信數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)給另一系CPU模塊。該板采用前、后插板設(shè)計,前插板完成VME總線接口及邏輯功能,后插板完成光纖收發(fā)驅(qū)動電路及光纖連接功能。DS6-60型計算機(jī)聯(lián)鎖系統(tǒng)硬件系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成1.BottomBoardofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--N2220)TheCIL-N2220interlockinglogicsectionbuslinebottomboardisthebuslinebottomboardfortheinterlockingsubsystem.AllpluggableboardsintheinterlockingsectionareconnectedviatheCIL-N2220interlockinglogicsectionbuslinebottomboard.2.FrontPlugPowerStripofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--F2010)A24VDC/5VDCconvertercircuitisprovidedinsidethefrontplugpowerstripinthelogicsectioncomputercagetoconvertthesystemsupplied+24Vpowerto+5Vforeachcircuitboardinthelogicsection.3.CPUBoardofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--F2230)TheCPUboardoftheinterlockinglogicsectionisafault-safeprocessingunitwitha2-vote-2structure,whichperformsinterlockingcomputingfunctions,2-vote-2comparisonfunctions,andcommunicationfunctionswithperipheralboards.TheCPUboardoftheinterlockinglogicsectioncontainstwoindependentCPUunitsandtheexchangeandcomparisonofdatabetweenthetwoCPUunitsareachievedbymeansofaDPRAMlocatedbetweenthetwoCPUunits.TwoCPUunitsoperatinginterlockingprogramssimultaneously,usinginterruptsprovidedbyanexternallyprovidedsynchronousclocksourcetoenablethetwoCPUstoremainsynchronized.TheresultsoftwooperationsarecomparedbyDPRAMandthedataisoutputwhenthecomparisonisconsistent,completingthe2-vote-2safetycontrolfunction.4.DualCommunicationInterfaceBoardofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--F2241)ThedualcommunicationboardofinterlockinglogicsectionperformsthefunctionofcommunicatingbetweentheinterlockingdualsystemsbyforwardingcommunicationdatafromonesystemCPUmoduletotheother.Theboardisdesignedwithbothfrontandbackplugs,withthefrontplugcompletingtheVMEbuslineinterfaceandlogicfunctions,andthebackplugcompletingtheopticalfibertransceiverdrivercircuitandopticalfiberconnectionfunctions.HardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI5.聯(lián)鎖邏輯部ARCNET通信接口板(CIL--F2242)聯(lián)鎖子系統(tǒng)與MMI子系統(tǒng)通信通過ARCNET通信實(shí)現(xiàn)。聯(lián)鎖邏輯部ARCNET通信采用前、后插設(shè)計,前插板完成VME總線接口及本板核心邏輯功能,后插板完成光纖收發(fā)驅(qū)動電路及光纖連接功能。6.聯(lián)鎖邏輯部I/O通信接口板(CIL--F2244)聯(lián)鎖子系統(tǒng)與本地I/O層或遠(yuǎn)程I/O層通信由邏輯部I/O通信模塊實(shí)現(xiàn),I/O通信模塊設(shè)計為智能模塊,完成應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)包的發(fā)送和接收,減輕CPU的工作負(fù)擔(dān)。7.聯(lián)鎖邏輯部以太網(wǎng)通信接口板(CIL--F2246)CIL-F2246聯(lián)鎖邏輯部以太網(wǎng)通信板完成以太網(wǎng)通信的功能,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)DS6-60計算機(jī)聯(lián)鎖系統(tǒng)與外部設(shè)備間的連接。該板采用前、后插板設(shè)計,前插板完成VME總線接口及本板核心功能,后插板僅包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)隔離器件以及以太網(wǎng)外部物理接口。8.聯(lián)鎖邏輯部CAN通信接口板(CIL--F2243)CAN通信板是聯(lián)鎖系統(tǒng)對外的一個接口,使系統(tǒng)能夠和其他具有CAN接口的智能設(shè)備進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交換。該板采用前、后插板設(shè)計,前插板完成VME總線接口、數(shù)據(jù)交換邏輯功能和各種狀態(tài)指示;后插板作為CAN通信端子板,完成端口電氣隔離和收發(fā)驅(qū)動電路。即前插板完成所有的邏輯功能,后插板僅僅作為收發(fā)端子板完成收發(fā)接口電路。DS6-60型計算機(jī)聯(lián)鎖系統(tǒng)硬件系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成5.ARCNETCommunicationInterfaceBoardofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--F2242)TheinterlockingsubsystemcommunicateswiththeMMIsubsystemviaARCNETcommunication.TheARCNETcommunicationoftheinterlockinglogicsectionisdesignedwithafrontandbackplug,thefrontplugcompletestheVMEbuslineinterfaceandthecorelogicfunctionsoftheboard,thebackplugcompletestheopticalfibertransceiverdrivercircuitandtheopticalfiberconnectionfunctions.6.I/OCommunicationInterfaceBoardofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--F2244)CommunicationbetweentheinterlockingsubsystemandthelocalI/OlayerortheremoteI/OlayerisimplementedbytheI/Ocommunicationmoduleofthelogicsection.TheI/Ocommunicationmoduleisdesignedasanintelligentmodule,whichcompletesthesendingandreceivingofapplicationdatapacketsandreducestheworkloadoftheCPU.7.EthernetCommunicationInterfaceBoardofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--F2246)TheCIL-F2246InterlockingLogicsectionEthernetcommunicationboardperformsthefunctionofEthernetcommunicationtoconnecttheDS6-60CBItoexternaldevices.Theboardisdesignedasafrontandbackboard,thefrontboardcompletestheVMEbusinterfaceandthecorefunctionsoftheboard,thebackboardonlycontainsthenetworkisolationdevicesandtheexternalphysicalinterfaceforEthernet.8.CANCommunicationInterfaceBoardofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--F2243)TheCANcommunicationboardistheexternalinterfaceoftheinterlockingsystemandenablesthesystemtoexchangedatawithotherintelligentdevicesthathaveaCANinterface.ThefrontboardprovidestheVMEbuslineinterface,dataexchangelogicfunctionsandvariousstatusindications;thebackboardactsasaCANcommunicationterminalboard,providingelectricalisolationoftheportsandtransceiverdrivercircuitry.Inotherwords,thefrontboardperformsallthelogicfunctionsandthebackboardonlyactsasatransceiverterminalboardforthetransceiverinterfacecircuit.HardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI9.聯(lián)鎖邏輯部RS422/485通信接口板(CIL--F2245)聯(lián)鎖子系統(tǒng)與外部RS422/485模塊間的通信由本RS422/485通信板實(shí)現(xiàn),RS422/485通信模塊設(shè)計為智能模塊,完成數(shù)據(jù)的發(fā)送和接收。該板采用前、后插板設(shè)計。前插板是RS422/485通信接口板,完成VME總線接口、本板核心邏輯功能和狀態(tài)指示燈;后插板RS422/485通信端子板,完成通信收發(fā)驅(qū)動電路及端子引線功能。(三)輸入輸出子系統(tǒng)1.輸出子系統(tǒng)輸出子系統(tǒng)由I系輸出機(jī)籠、II系輸出機(jī)籠和輸出浪涌防護(hù)單元機(jī)籠組成。輸出機(jī)籠由輸出底板、I/O部電源板、I/O部CPU板、若干塊輸出接口板、與輸出接口板數(shù)量相同的輸出端子板組成。其中輸出板和輸出端子板的數(shù)量由站場規(guī)模決定,單機(jī)籠最多可插入10塊輸出板。所有模板集中裝配到6U高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)機(jī)籠內(nèi),并通過機(jī)籠后端無源底板連接而成,與輸出機(jī)籠連接的電纜全部由機(jī)籠后端的輸出端子板引出。DS6-60型計算機(jī)聯(lián)鎖系統(tǒng)硬件系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成9.RS422/485CommunicationInterfaceBoardofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--F2245)ThecommunicationbetweentheinterlockingsubsystemandtheexternalRS422/485moduleiscarriedoutbytheRS422/485communicationboard,whichisdesignedasanintelligentmoduleforsendingandreceivingdata.Theboardisdesignedwithafrontandbackboard.ThefrontboardistheRS422/485communicationinterfaceboard,whichcompletestheVMEbusinterface,thecorelogicfunctionsoftheboardandthestatusindicators.ThebackpanelRS422/485communicationterminalboardcompletesthecommunicationtransceiverdrivecircuitandterminalleadfunctions.

3.I/OSubsystem1.OutputSubsystemTheoutputsubsystemconsistsofaSeriesIoutputcomputercage,aSeriesIIoutputcomputercageandanoutputsurgeprotectionunitcomputercage.Theoutputcageconsistsofanoutputbottomboard,apowerstripfortheI/Osection,aCPUboardfortheI/Osection,anumberofoutputinterfaceboardsandthesamenumberofoutputterminalboardsastheoutputinterfaceboards.Thenumberofoutputboardsandoutputterminalboardsisdeterminedbythescaleofthestationandamaximumof10outputboardscanbeinsertedintoasinglecomputercage.Alltemplatesareassembledcentrallyina6Uhighstandardcomputercageandconnectedviaapassivebottomboardatthebackofthecomputercage.Thecablestotheoutputcomputercageareallroutedthroughtheoutputterminalblockatthebackofthecomputercage.ThefrontandbackviewsofthecomputercageareshowninFigureHardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI(1)輸出機(jī)籠配置說明如下:①機(jī)籠為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)6U機(jī)籠,與19英寸機(jī)柜配裝,機(jī)籠采用總線式結(jié)構(gòu),各種電路板通過底板總線連接通信,完成信息的采集。②機(jī)籠正面左起依次插入I/O部CPU板、10塊輸出板和I/O部電源板,機(jī)籠后面右起依次插入I/O部通信接口板和10塊輸出端子板。③機(jī)籠輸出底板接口電源插座、邏輯電源插座,將接口電源和邏輯電源引入輸出機(jī)籠。圖中JX2為接口電源插座,JX3為邏輯電源插座。④輸出板將繼電器控制命令的5V信號,通過輸出電路板的動、靜轉(zhuǎn)換,轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)?4V信號輸出到繼電器線圈;每塊輸出板上有16路輸出。電路板的前端設(shè)有發(fā)光管指示燈,指示每一路電路的工作狀態(tài)。⑤每一塊輸出端子板對應(yīng)其相應(yīng)位置的輸出板。其中:a.T1、T2插座對應(yīng)01-16路輸出;b.當(dāng)端子板作為I系輸出機(jī)籠端子板時,T1端子對應(yīng)輸出浪涌防護(hù)機(jī)籠的浪涌防護(hù)板,T2端子對應(yīng)II系輸出機(jī)籠端子板的T1端子;c.當(dāng)端子板作為II系輸出機(jī)籠端子板時,T1對應(yīng)I系輸出機(jī)籠端子板的T2端子,T2端子對應(yīng)接口架輸出信號。DS6-60型計算機(jī)聯(lián)鎖系統(tǒng)硬件系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成(1)Configurationoftheoutputcomputercageisdescribedasfollows:①Thecomputercageisastandard6Ucage,fittedwitha19"cabinet.Thecomputercagehasabustypestructure,withvariouscircuitboardscommunicatingthroughthebottomboardbuslineconnectiontocompletetheinformationcollection.②InserttheI/OCPUboard,the10outputboardsandtheI/Opowerstripinorderfromtheleftatthefrontofthecomputercage,andtheI/Ocommunicationinterfaceboardandthe10outputterminalboardsinorderfromtherightatthebackofthecomputercage.③Thecomputercageoutputbottomboardinterfacepowersocketandlogicpowersocketbringtheinterfacepowerandlogicpowertotheoutputcomputercage.InthediagramJX2istheinterfacepowersocketandJX3isthelogicpowersocket.HardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI④Theoutputboardtransformsthe5Vsignalfromtherelaycontrolcommandintoa24Vsignaltotherelaycoilthroughthedynamicandstaticconversionoftheoutputboard;thereare16outputsoneachoutputboard.Thefrontofthecircuitboardisequippedwithlight-emittingtubeindicatorstoindicatetheoperatingstatusofeachcircuit.⑤Eachoutputterminalboardcorrespondstotheoutputboardatitscorrespondingposition.Including:a.SocketsT1,T2correspondingtooutputs01-16;b.WhentheterminalboardisusedastheSeriesIoutputcomputercageterminalboard,terminalT1correspondstothesurgeprotectionboardoftheoutputsurgeprotectioncomputercageandterminalT2correspondstoterminalT1oftheSeriesIIoutputcomputercageterminalboard.c.WhentheterminalboardisusedastheSeriesIIoutputcomputercageterminalboard,T1correspondstotheT2terminaloftheSeriesIoutputcomputercageterminalboardandtheT2terminalcorrespondstotheinterfacerackoutputsignal.HardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI(2)I/O部輸出機(jī)籠底板I/O部輸出機(jī)籠底板是為I/O部CPU板、各輸出板以及通信板提供總線接口和電源接口。(3)I/O部電源板I/O部機(jī)籠內(nèi)的前插電源板設(shè)置了24VDC/5VDC轉(zhuǎn)換電路,將系統(tǒng)統(tǒng)一提供的24V電源轉(zhuǎn)換成+5V,提供給I/O部的各個電路插板。對輸出子系統(tǒng)而言,還需提供+5V電源以滿足現(xiàn)場邏輯控制需要。(4)I/O部CPUI/O部CPU板實(shí)現(xiàn)I/O控制的核心運(yùn)算,該模塊通過VME總線底板實(shí)現(xiàn)對本機(jī)籠內(nèi)其它的從設(shè)備的訪問和控制。其主要功能包括輸出板各通道輸出信號的控制、各輸出板故障實(shí)時檢測和輸出機(jī)籠與聯(lián)鎖系的數(shù)據(jù)通信。(5)I/O部數(shù)字量輸出接口板I/O部數(shù)字量輸出接口板是實(shí)現(xiàn)繼電器的安全驅(qū)動。(6)I/O部通信接口板為了方便維護(hù)和調(diào)試,以及運(yùn)行時設(shè)備狀態(tài)顯示,在CIL-B3444I/O部通信接口板的前面板上設(shè)置電源指示燈、信號指示燈。DS6-60型計算機(jī)聯(lián)鎖系統(tǒng)硬件系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成(2)I/OSectionOutputComputerCageBottomBoardTheI/OsectionoutputcomputercagebottomboardprovidesthebuslineinterfaceandpowersupplyinterfacefortheI/OsectionCPUboard,eachoutputboardandthecommunicationboard.(3)I/OSectionPowerstripThefrontpowerstripintheI/Ocomputercageisequippedwitha24VDC/5VDCconvertercircuit,whichconvertsthe24Vpowersuppliedbythesystemto+5VandsuppliesittoeachcircuitboardintheI/Osection.(4)I/OSectionCPUTheCPUboardintheI/OsectioncarriesoutthecoreoperationsforI/OcontrolandthemoduleprovidesaccessandcontrolofotherslavedevicesinthecomputercageviatheVMEbuslinebottomboard.Itsmainfunctionsincludethecontroloftheoutputsignalofeachchanneloftheoutputboard,thereal-timedetectionoffaultsineachoutputboardandthedatacommunicationbetweentheoutputcomputercageandtheinterlockingsystem.(5)DigitalOutputInterfaceBoardofI/OSectionThedigitaloutputinterfaceboardintheI/Osectionisthesafedrivefortherelays.(6)CommunicationInterfaceBoardofI/OSectionInordertofacilitatemaintenanceandadjustment,aswellastodisplaythestatusoftheequipmentduringoperation,powerandsignalindicatorsareprovidedonthefrontboardoftheCIL-B3444I/Osectioncommunicationinterfaceboard.HardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI2.輸入子系統(tǒng)輸入子系統(tǒng)由輸入I系機(jī)籠、輸入II系機(jī)籠組成,機(jī)籠數(shù)量由站場規(guī)模決定。輸入機(jī)籠由輸入底板、I/O部電源板、I/O部CPU板、若干塊輸入接口板、與輸入接口板數(shù)量相同的輸入端子板組成。其中輸入板和輸
