2025工程合同范本（中英版）2025EngineeringContract范本（中英文版）正文1.合同編號(hào)ThisContractishereinafterreferredtoasContractNo..2.工程概況TheEngineer'sNameis,andtheEngineeringProjectis（hereinafterreferredtoas"theProject"）.3.合同范圍ThescopeoftheContractshallincludebutnotlimitedtothefollowing:3.1.工程內(nèi)容TheworktobeperformedunderthisContractshallincludethedesign,planning,construction,andcompletionoftheProject,inaccordancewiththespecificationsandrequirementssetforthinthisContract.3.2.工程質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)AllworksperformedunderthisContractshallcomplywiththerelevantnationalandlocalstandardsandregulations,aswellasanyadditionalrequirementsspecifiedinthisContract.3.3.材料與設(shè)備AllmaterialsandequipmenttobeusedintheProjectshallbeofthequalityandspecificationsasagreeduponbythePartiesandassetforthinthisContract.4.合同工期TheconstructionperiodfortheProjectshallbedays,startingfromandendingat.TheContractorshallcompletetheProjectwithinthespecifiedtimeframeandshallnotdelaytheschedulewithoutvalidcause.5.合同價(jià)款與支付方式ThetotalcontractpricefortheProjectshallbe（currency）,includingalldesign,construction,andcompletioncosts.Thepaymentscheduleshallbeasfollows:5.1.首期付款UponsigningthisContract,theClientshallpay（currency）totheContractorastheinitialpayment.5.2.進(jìn)度付款TheContractorshallsubmitprogressreportsandinvoicestotheClientona（frequency）basis.TheClientshallpayeachprogresspaymentwithindaysofreceiptoftheinvoice.5.3.尾款支付ThefinalpaymentshallbemadebytheClienttotheContractoruponthesuccessfulcompletionandacceptanceoftheProject.6.雙方權(quán)利與義務(wù)TherightsandobligationsofbothPartiesunderthisContractareasfollows:6.1.甲方（Client）的權(quán)利與義務(wù)TheClientshallhavetherightto:a)Reviewandapprovealldesigns,plans,andprogressreportssubmittedbytheContractor.b)InspecttheSiteandtheprogressoftheProjectatreasonableintervals.c)ReceivethecompletedProjectandtakepossessionofituponsuccessfulcompletionandacceptance.TheClientshallhavetheobligationto:a)Provideallnecessaryinformation,documents,andapprovalsrequiredfortheProject.b)Paythecontractpriceinaccordancewiththeagreedpaymentschedule.c)CooperatewiththeContractorinordertoensurethetimelycompletionoftheProject.6.2.乙方（Contractor）的權(quán)利與義務(wù)TheContractorshallhavetherightto:a)Requestpaymentinaccordancewiththeagreedpaymentschedule.b)SeekclarificationormodificationofthisContractifanyambiguityordiscrepancyisfound.c)ClaimdamagesforanybreachofcontractbytheClient.TheContractorshallhavetheobligationto:a)PerformallworkinaccordancewiththespecificationsandrequirementssetforthinthisContract.b)Usematerialsandequipmentoftheagreedqualityandspecifications.c)CompleteanddelivertheProjectwithinthespecifiedtimeframe.7.工程質(zhì)量與驗(yàn)收ThequalityoftheworkperformedbytheContractorshallcomplywiththestandardsandregulationsspecifiedinthisContract.UponcompletionoftheProject,theContractorshallsubmitawrittennoticetotheClientforinspectionandacceptance.TheClientshallinspecttheProjectwithinareasonabletimeframeandprovidewrittenacceptanceorspecificwrittencommentsregardinganydefects.Ifanydefectsarefound,theContractorshallberesponsibleforrectifyingthemattheirownexpensewithindaysofreceivingthewrittencomments.8.違約責(zé)任與賠償IntheeventofanybreachofthisContractbyeitherParty,thebreachingPartyshallbeliableforthelossesanddamagessufferedbytheotherPartyasadirectresultofsuchbreach.8.1.延期違約責(zé)任IftheContractorfailstocompletetheProjectwithinthespecifiedtimeframe,theyshallbesubjecttoaliquidateddamagesof（currency）perdayforeachdayofdelay,exceptincasesofforcemajeure.8.2.質(zhì)量違約責(zé)任IfthequalityoftheworkperformedbytheContractorfailstomeettheagreedstandards,theyshallberesponsibleforrectifyingthedefectsattheirownexpenseandcompensatetheClientforanyadditionalcostsincurred.9.爭(zhēng)議解決AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiationsbetweentheParties.Ifthenegotiationsfail,thedisputesshallbesubmittedtothe（courtorarbitrationinstitution）forarbitrationinaccordancewithitsrules.10.合同的生效與終止ThisContractshallcomeintoeffectuponsignatureandsealingbybothParties.ItshallterminateuponthesuccessfulcompletionandacceptanceoftheProjectbytheClient,providedthatallobligationsunderthisContracthavebeenfulfilled.11.其他條款A(yù)nyamendmentsorsupplementstothisContractmustbemadeinwritingandsignedbybothParties.ThisContractismadein（number）copies,witheachPartyholding（number）copies.12.保密條款BothPartiesagreetokeepallinformationanddocumentsrelatedtothisContractconfidentialandnottodisclosethemtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheotherParty.13.通知與通訊Allnotices,requests,demands,orothercommunicationsrequiredorpermittedunderthisContractshallbeinwritingandshallbedeemedtohavebeendulygivenwhendeliveredpersonally,orwhensentbyregisteredorcertifiedmail,returnreceiptrequested,orbytelegramwithwrittenconfirmationofreceipt.14.不可抗力NeitherPartyshallbeliableforanyfailureordelayinperformingitsobligationsunderthisContractifsuchfailureordelayisduetocircumstancesbeyondtheirreasonablecontrol,includingbutnotlimitedtonaturaldisasters,war,orgovernmentactions.15.附則ThisContractisattachedwiththefollowi
