What is being planted in the season?2. Have you ever grown it? If so, how will you grow it ?設(shè)計意圖:1. 我們學(xué)校地處農(nóng)村,學(xué)生也來自農(nóng)村,因此可以先讓學(xué)生介紹他們所熟知的農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村生活,為引出本文的話題做準(zhǔn)備,再通過Pair work活動和PPT文本、課本教學(xué)媒體形式從而幫助他們深刻地理解本篇課文,理解農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)家袁隆平的科學(xué)價值。2. 先有小組討論后,競賽的方式表達自己的觀點,調(diào)動學(xué)生的積極性。課堂呈現(xiàn):教師活動呈現(xiàn)問題,展示圖片,提高學(xué)生的興趣學(xué)生活動小組討論,展示討論結(jié)果,競爭搶答,欣賞圖片Step2 Pre-reading1.Do you know what is the main food in all East Asian and Southeast Asian countries? wheat rice sorghum2.What do you think would happen if tomorrow there was suddenly no rice to eat?3.I f we want enough food, what should we do?設(shè)計意圖:通過Individual work活動和PPT文本形式,讓學(xué)生看課文“世界衛(wèi)生組織“的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)和非洲饑餓兒童的圖片,回答并想象此任務(wù)中的三個問題,引發(fā)學(xué)生對全世界人民溫飽情況的思考,使學(xué)生進一步熟悉單元話題,預(yù)測閱讀內(nèi)容,激發(fā)學(xué)生的閱讀興趣和學(xué)習(xí)欲望。課堂呈現(xiàn):教師活動分配小組任務(wù),巡視小組活動學(xué)生活動小組討論,展示討論結(jié)果,競爭搶答Step3While-reading1.Fast-readingFind out the main idea of each paragraph.Para 1 A.
