Improtant Notices during installation of distribution boards配電箱安裝注意事項(xiàng)：1) The earthing for metal frame and foundation of distribution board must be reliable, and the door must be connected with earthing teminal by knitted soft copper wire.配電柜的金屬框架及基礎(chǔ)型鋼必須接地（PE）或接零（PEN）可靠，配電箱的開啟門必須與接地端子間用軟編織銅線連接。2) Electric shock protection inside distribution board must be reliable.配電箱內(nèi)應(yīng)有可靠的電擊保護(hù)。3) The A-B or P-E insulation resistance must be larger than 0.5 M in feeding cables, and larger than 1 M in secorday circuit.盤柜間線路的線間和線對(duì)地間的絕緣電阻值，饋電線路必須大于0.5M,二次回路必須大于1M。4) Installation of lighting panels shall comply with the following regulations.照明配電箱安裝符合下列規(guī)定：a) Neat wiring and no twisted joint; tight wiring and no damage to cores and no break. The wires connected to the terminal cannt be more than 2 nos, and all accessories such as lossing washer are complete.箱內(nèi)配線整齊，無(wú)絞接現(xiàn)象。導(dǎo)線連接緊密，不傷芯線，不斷股。同一端子上導(dǎo)線連接不多于2根，防松墊圈等零件齊全。b) The switches shall operate agilely and reliably and electricity leakage protection devices installed in circuits should have not more than 30mA spill current, and not more than 0.1s acting time.箱內(nèi)開關(guān)動(dòng)作零活可靠，帶有漏電保護(hù)的回路，漏電保護(hù)裝置動(dòng)作電流不大于30mA，動(dòng)作時(shí)間不大于0.1s。c) In ligting panel, the N and E shall be distributed through the installed bus bar wire.照明箱內(nèi)，分別設(shè)置零線和保護(hù)地線匯流排，零線和保護(hù)地線經(jīng)匯流排配出。d) To insall panels, allowed deviation in vertical direction is 0.15%.盤面安裝垂直度允許偏差為0.15。4. Ambient Conditions and Notices for LV Distribution Boards:低壓配電柜使用環(huán)境、注意事項(xiàng)1) Ambient conditions: upper limit is +40C, and lower limit -5C, when stored or transported, -30C is allowed.環(huán)境溫度： 上限+40C 下限-5C（允許在-30C時(shí)儲(chǔ)運(yùn)）； 2) The height above sea level doesnt exceed 1000m.海拔高度不超過(guò)1000m；3) Relative humidity isnt larger than 90%, when the temperature is +25C.相對(duì)濕度不大于90%（+25C時(shí)）； 4) The distribution board shall be located in places which are free from fires, explosion, chemical corrasion and severe vibration.沒有火災(zāi)、爆炸危險(xiǎn)、嚴(yán)重污穢、化學(xué)腐蝕及劇烈振動(dòng)的場(chǎng)所；5) Rollover, bottomup and severe vibration are not allowed.不許傾翻，倒置和遭受劇烈震動(dòng)； 6) Measures shall be taken to prevent distribution boards from rain and gettiing damp.應(yīng)防止淋雨，以免產(chǎn)品受潮； 7) Components or accessories are not allowed to dismantle at will.不得隨意拆卸電器產(chǎn)品及零件。8) Temporary electrical devices are allowed to connect with distribution boards.不得隨意接入配電箱內(nèi)臨時(shí)用電設(shè)備。9) To change the capacity of electrical devices at will is prohibited, and the capacity change must be consistent with the switches in distribution boards.不得隨意更改用電設(shè)備的容量，更換設(shè)備的容量必須于配電柜開關(guān)匹配10) Regular cleaning and maintenance for distribution boards shall be execuated.配電箱要定期進(jìn)行清潔、維護(hù)11) Persons shall be specially assigned for parolling and inspecting engaged MCCs. 投入運(yùn)行的MCC配電箱要定期派專人巡視、檢查 5. Instructions to Operation and Maintenance for LV Distribution Boards低壓配電柜操作、維護(hù)說(shuō)明：Before distribution boards are brought into service, please check and operate them as follows:配電箱在投入運(yùn)行之前，請(qǐng)進(jìn)行下列檢查及操作1) Check any sundries, all components, and insulation.低壓配電柜投入運(yùn)行前，檢查配電柜內(nèi)有無(wú)雜物，柜內(nèi)各個(gè)元器件目測(cè)正常，線路絕緣完好2) Check On and Off positions of all switches.檢查各設(shè)備開關(guān)在斷開位置3) Check status of electrical devices to make sure that all valves stay in correct positions, whether open or close.檢查配電設(shè)備狀態(tài)正常，各閥門開、閉位置正確4) Check whether the working status of equipments is as set up, mannual or automatic.檢查設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)在設(shè)定的運(yùn)行位置（手動(dòng)、自動(dòng)）5) Switch on main switches for energization.主開關(guān)合閘送電6) Switch on equipment switches.設(shè)備開關(guān)合閘7) Make sure that the fans in distribution boards are working normally.確認(rèn)配電柜散熱風(fēng)扇運(yùn)行正常8) After equipments start running, observe the working status of all contactors and settings of transducers.設(shè)備投入運(yùn)行，觀察配電柜各接觸器運(yùn)行是否正常，變頻器設(shè)置是否正確。9) Check working status of equipments.檢查設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)是否正常。After distribution boards are running for one circle, half a year to one year in general, they shall be switched off, checked and repaired, if needed, to ensure normal operation of components, such as switches, contactors, etc.and the noraml life of equipments and to eliminate hidded troubles.配電箱在運(yùn)行一個(gè)周期后（一般為半年至一年），要及時(shí)停電檢修，以保證開關(guān)、接觸器等元器件的正常運(yùn)行，以保證設(shè)備的正常壽命和減少事故隱患。 The following procedures shall be followed to check and repair distribution boards periodically.配電柜的正常周期檢修包括一下內(nèi)容：1 Switch off distribution boards, and put up the mark for checking and repairing.配電箱停電，并掛檢修標(biāo)識(shí)牌。2 First confirm that the power is off, and use cleaner to sweep off all dust inside distribution boards.開關(guān)柜的清理，請(qǐng)確認(rèn)停電以后，將配電柜內(nèi)的灰塵用洗塵器進(jìn)行清理3 Check whether the wiring screws or fix screws are loose or not, if so, screw them down.檢查配電柜內(nèi)的接線螺絲、固定螺絲是否有松動(dòng)并緊固。4 Check the aging of circuitry and elasticity of cable insulation.檢查配電柜內(nèi)線路有無(wú)老化現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，電纜絕緣是否彈性良好。5 Check overheating, aging or any defects of connecting terminals. 檢查接線端子有無(wú)過(guò)熱，老化現(xiàn)象。并檢查端子有無(wú)缺陷。6 The insulation resistance between phases and phase to earth shall be tested by megger, which should be over 0.5M, to eliminate hidden troubles caused by aging of insulation of part circuitry.要絕緣搖表?yè)u測(cè)線路相間及對(duì)地電阻，絕緣應(yīng)在0.5M以上，防止部分線路絕緣老化產(chǎn)生隱患。7 Take off the casing of breaker to check the abrasive wear of contacts, ensuring no obvious nicks, no overheating, good elasticity, and complete contact surface. If some contacts are damaged severely, they shall be replaced.將斷路器外殼摘下，檢查斷路器
