教材分析: 本單元所有內容都是圍繞weather展開的,SectionA部分主要學習4個關于天氣冷暖的單詞,以及句型Whats the weather like in ?ItsinCan I wear my today ? Yes, you can. / No, you can. Its . today.并嘗試運用所學知識表演。通過SectionA部分的學習讓學生擴充原有的詞匯量,并提高用英語進行交流的能力,為后面的學習打下堅實的基礎。此部分,我國各地的天氣狀況是學生的認知難點。教學時,應借助直觀教具讓學生了解有代表性的“東西南北中”的氣候情況,增強語言交流的真實性。另外,單詞“weather”也是一個難點。學情分析: 四年級學生學習教材有一年半的時間了,對于教材的特點和結構都很熟悉。此階段的學生活潑好動,好奇心強,勇于嘗試,具有一定的邏輯思維能力和語言表達能力,并有很強的自尊心和求知欲,對于學習英語的興趣已經逐漸顯示出自己獨特的個性。First Lesson教學目標: 1.Specific vocabulary: weather, report, cool, warm, cold, hot, Harbin,Lhasa 2.Specific target sentences: Whats the weather like in Beijing? Its warm in Beijing. 3.Specific functional exponents: 能夠描述各地的天氣情況。 教學準備 : 1、教師準備多媒體課件。 2、教師準備A Lets learn部分的單詞卡片。 3、教師準備錄音機和本課時的錄音帶。Anticipated problems: 理解 Lets learn 部分的 weather report 并能用英語做簡單的天氣預報。Step 1: Warm-up Enjoy a song “Thunder” (請同學們了解歌曲大意)同學們回答歌曲大意后,T進行情感教育:出門之前,最好了解天氣情況,做好充分的準備。Step 2: Presentation1. T show a photo: Look! Hes my friend. Guess where he comes from. T: Yes. Hes from America. He wants to visit China. But where can he go? Do you have any idea? S: Beijing/ Hong Kong/ T: Your ideas are good. But whats the weather like there? Lets listen to the weather report, and find out which is the best place to go?(設計意圖:通過外國朋友來中國參觀,但不知道哪里才是最適合去的地方這時學生就會很樂意給他出主意,有效調動起學習的熱情,最后通過學習聽天氣預報來得出哪里是最適合去的地方,邊聽,邊學習新單詞。)2. 學生觀看課件:listen to the new words3. 教讀新單詞:T show a map and ask: Whats the weather like in Beijing? S answer and present the word “warm”以同樣的方法呈現(xiàn)并教讀新詞,并結合P47的Let s chant做動作來操練和鞏固。4. Listen to the tape and repeat the words5. Group work: 小組成員齊讀并以Listen and point的形式輪流檢查Step 3: Practice1. 學生扮演天氣播報員手指地圖作天氣預報,也可以讓其他學生問天氣播報員:Whats the weather like in ? 又天氣播報員來回答。Step 4 Consolidation1. P46,聽錄音3次,讀2次,家長簽名。2. 收看當日天氣預報并作記錄。Second Lesson教學目標:1.能聽懂,會說Can I wear my today ? 并能在情景中運用。 2.復習服裝類單詞的運用,鞏固單詞cool, warm, cold, hot 3.聽懂指示語并做出相應的動作。教學內容:Lets talk Lets chant教學步驟:一、Warm-up : Enjoy “Lets chant” twice .二、Review : 1. Sharp eyes ( Words : weather cold warm cool hot jacket sweater skirt dress shirt T-shirt )2. Students try to make a weather report by a map in pairs.三、Presentation :1. 學生作天氣預報后,由地圖引出某些地方的風景和天氣情況,師站在一幅北京的圖片旁:Its warm today. I can wear my shirt today. (移動課件中的地方作為情景) Let me go to Hong Kong. Phew! Its hot today. I can wear my skirt and T-shirt today. Let me go to Lhasa . Ooooh! Can I wear my dress today ? 引導學生回答: Yes, you can. No, you cant. Its cool today. 2. 板書并教讀: Can I wear my today ? Yes, you can. / No, you can. Its . today.3. Pair work:在PPT的圖片中提供場景,讓學生根據(jù)不同的環(huán)境來進行同桌問答。4引入對話 T : Mike has a new shirt. Look at the pictures.
