(2)To train the students ability of retelling stories.Emotion Aims:(1) Make students be interested in study through different teaching methods. (2) To treasure what they have and try to help others.II.Teaching Main and Difficult Points:重點: 學會用圖片和標題預測文章的大體內容;學會快讀,略讀,掃讀,精讀等閱讀方法與技巧。學會獲取信息回答問題。難點: 運用思維導圖復述課文。III.Teaching Methods: Task-based teaching methods, Communicative Language Teaching,Group WorkIV.Teaching Procedures:1【W(wǎng)arming-up】 Greetings.2【Presentation】教師用PPT展示圖片,教授新單詞和詞組。T:Whats this in English?Ss:Its a river.T:Read after me.River,river,河流.Ss:River,river,河流.T:How to spell “river”?Ss:R-I-V-E-R,river.T:Great!(教師以同樣的方法教授cross,many,village, bridge, boat,afraid,villager, leave, dream ,village,between.and.,run quickly ,on a ropeway ,cross the river)設計意圖:在閱讀課文之前,幫助學生掃除新單詞和詞組的障礙,幫助學生“減壓”。3【Prediction】 圖片導入文章的主題.Show the picture of the villagers in poor villages.Let students guess how the students get to school? lead in the new lesson. This is the picture from the passage we will learn. Look at it and guess what the passage is about . You can choose one of them from A B C D or you can have your own idea.設計意圖:看圖片,預測主旨。看圖片,同時給學生4個選項供他們選擇,第5個選項是讓學生自由發(fā)揮。這個預測主旨的題目,可以發(fā)散學生思維,讓學生知道在大城市學生都是通過騎自行車,坐公交車,坐地鐵,坐出租車等交通方式上學,但是在偏僻的山村,學生有的是乘索道過河去上學的。4【Prediction】看標題,預測文章主旨。Show the title of the passage and let students guess what the passage is about .設計意圖:讓學生學會看標題,預測文章主旨的閱讀方法。5【Listening】聽錄音,確定文章的主旨。Let students listen to the tape in silence and then tell us what the passage is about .設計意圖:讓學生通過聽文章,確定文章的主旨。并且通過聽文章,幫助學生熟悉文章內容。6【Reading】 All the students read Paragraph One with two questions: (1) How do the students in the village go to school?(2)Why do they go to school like this ?Then answer the questions and check the answers.設計意圖:培養(yǎng)學生scanning 的閱讀技巧,通過略讀,讓學生快速找到問題的答案。教師運用表格思維導圖,復述第一段. The teacher retells the passage with Form Mind Map ,then let the students try to retell it with the form.四人一組閱讀第二段,回答下面2個問題. Work in four and read Paragraph Two with two questions:(1) Is Liangliang afraid to go to school on a ropeway?(2)Does he like his school ?Why?Then answer the questions and check the answers.The teacher shows the Face Mind Map to the students and retells Passage Two . Students try to follow me.設計意圖:教師呈現(xiàn)笑臉思維導圖,幫助學生復述第二段。T:I know most of you have been to many places in China .You are so lucky. Many of the students and villagers never leave the village .But they have a dream . What is it ?Ss: They want to have a bridge.T:Read Paragraph Three.Do you think their dream can come true? Why or why not ?S1:I think their dream can come true and I believe .Because China is great and China is becoming stronger and stronger .There must be a beautiful bridge in Liangliang s village.S2: I think their dream can come true.Because there are many warm-hearted people,they like to help others.They will help Liangliang s village.S3: I think their dream cant come true.Because the geographical environment is not suitable for the bridge here.T:Excellent!Different people have different opinions,I think all of you are right.設計意圖:讓學生幫助文章預測結局:村民的愿望能實現(xiàn)嗎?不同的學生有不同的觀點,幫助學生發(fā)散思維。7【Practice】 There are three parts in the passage .
