2、官的這個(gè)想法是正確的。審問(wèn)開(kāi)始了。法官先問(wèn)a:“你是怎樣進(jìn)行盜竊的?從實(shí)招來(lái)!”a回答了法官的問(wèn)題:“嘰哩咕嚕,嘰哩咕?!盿講的是某地的方言,法官根本聽(tīng)不懂他講的是什么意思。法官又問(wèn)b和c:“剛才a是怎樣回答我的提問(wèn)的?嘰哩咕嚕,嘰哩咕嚕,是什么意思?”b說(shuō):“稟告法官,a的意思是說(shuō),他不是盜竊犯。”c說(shuō):“稟告法官,a剛才已經(jīng)招供了,他承認(rèn)自己就是盜竊犯?!眀和c說(shuō)的話法官是能聽(tīng)懂的。聽(tīng)了b和c的話之后,這位法官馬上斷定:b無(wú)罪,c是盜竊犯。請(qǐng)問(wèn):這位聰明的法官為什么能根據(jù)b和c的回答,作出這樣的判斷?a是不是盜竊犯?分析與解答不管a是盜竊犯或不是盜竊犯,他都會(huì)說(shuō)自己“不是盜竊犯”。如果a是

3、盜竊犯,那么a是說(shuō)假話的,這樣他必然說(shuō)自己“不是盜竊犯”;如果a不是盜竊犯,那么a是說(shuō)真話的,這樣他也必然說(shuō)自己“不是盜竊犯”。在這種情況下,b如實(shí)地轉(zhuǎn)述了a的話,所以b是說(shuō)真話的,因而他不是盜竊犯。c有意地錯(cuò)述了a的話,所以c是說(shuō)假話的,因而c是盜竊犯。至于a是不是盜竊犯是不能確定的。ibm公司的面試題?村子中有50個(gè)人,每人有一條狗。在這50條狗中有病狗(這種病不會(huì)傳染)。于是人們就要找出病狗。每個(gè)人可以觀察其他的49條狗,以判斷它們是否生病,只有自己的狗不能看。觀察后得到的結(jié)果不得交流,也不能通知病狗的主人。主人一旦推算出自己家的是病狗就要槍斃自己的狗,而且每個(gè)人只有權(quán)利槍斃自己的狗,沒(méi)

4、有權(quán)利打死其他人的狗。第一天,第二天都沒(méi)有槍響。到了第三天傳來(lái)一陣槍聲,問(wèn)有幾條病狗,如何推算得出??第一種推論:a、假設(shè)有1條病狗,病狗的主人會(huì)看到其他狗都沒(méi)有病,那么就知道自己的狗有病,所以第一天晚上就會(huì)有槍響。因?yàn)闆](méi)有槍響,說(shuō)明病狗數(shù)大于1。?b、假設(shè)有2條病狗,病狗的主人會(huì)看到有1條病狗,因?yàn)榈谝惶鞗](méi)有聽(tīng)到槍響,是病狗數(shù)大于1,所以病狗的主人會(huì)知道自己的狗是病狗,因而第二天會(huì)有槍響。既然第二天也每有槍響,說(shuō)明病狗數(shù)大于2。由此推理,如果第三天槍響,則有3條病狗。第二種推論?1、如果為1,第一天那條狗必死,因?yàn)楣分魅藳](méi)看到病狗,但病狗存在。?2、若為2,令病狗主人為a,b。a看到一條病狗

5、,b也看到一條病狗,但a看到b的病狗沒(méi)死故知狗數(shù)不為1,而其他人沒(méi)病狗,所以自己的狗必為病狗,故開(kāi)槍;而b的想法與a一樣,故也開(kāi)槍。由此,為2時(shí),第一天看后2條狗必死。?3、若為3條,令狗主人為a,b,c。a第一天看到2條病狗,若a設(shè)自己的不是病狗,由推理2,第二天看時(shí),那2條狗沒(méi)死,故狗數(shù)肯定不是2,而其他人沒(méi)病狗,所以自己的狗必為病狗,故開(kāi)槍;而b和c的想法與a一樣,故也開(kāi)槍。由此,為3時(shí),第二天看后3條狗必死。4、若為4條,令狗主人為a,b,c,d。a第一天看到3條病狗,若a設(shè)自己的不是病狗,由推理3,第三天看時(shí),那3條狗沒(méi)死,故狗數(shù)肯定不是3,而其他人沒(méi)病狗,所以自己的狗必為病狗,故開(kāi)

12、 stay positive.3.tell me what you know about this company.do your homework before you go to any interview. whether its being the vp of marketing or the mailroom clerk, you should know about the company or business youre going to work for. has this company been in the news lately? who are the people

13、in the company you should know about? do the background work, it will make you stand out as someone who comes prepared, and is genuinely interested in the company and the job.4.why do you want to work at x company?this should be directly related to the last question. any research youve done on the c

14、ompany should have led you to the conclusion that youd want to work there. after all, youre at the interview, right? put some thought into this answer before you have your interview, mention your career goals and highlight forward-thinking goals and career plans.5.what relevant experience do you hav

15、e?hopefully if youre applying for this position you have bags of related experience, and if thats the case you should mention it all. but if youre switching careers or trying something a little different, your experience may initially not look like its matching up. thats when you need a little hones

16、t creativity to match the experiences required with the ones you have. people skills are people skills after all, you just need to show how customer service skills can apply to internal management positions, and so on.6.if your previous co-workers were here, what would they say about you?ok, this is

17、 not the time for full disclosure. if some people from your past are going to say youre a boring a-hole, you dont need to bring that up. stay positive, always, and maybe have a few specific quotes in mind. “theyd say i was a hard worker” or even better “john doe has always said i was the most reliab

18、le, creative problem-solver hed ever met.”7.have you done anything to further your experience?this could include anything from night classes to hobbies and sports. if its related, its worth mentioning. obviously anything to do with further education is great, but maybe youre spending time on a home

19、improvement project to work on skills such as self-sufficiency, time management and motivation.8.where else have you applied?this is a good way to hint that youre in demand, without sounding like youre whoring yourself all over town. so, be honest and mention a few other companies but dont go into d

20、etail. the fact that youre seriously looking and keeping your options open is what the interviewer is driving at.9.how are you when youre working under pressure?once again, there are a few ways to answer this but they should all be positive. you may work well under pressure, you may thrive under pre

21、ssure, and you may actually prefer working under pressure. if you say you crumble like aged blue cheese, this is not going to help you get your foot in the door.10.what motivates you to do a good job?the answer to this one is not money, even if it is. you should be motivated by lifes noble pursuits.

22、 you want recognition for a job well done. you want to become better at your job. you want to help others or be a leader in your field.11.whats your greatest strength?this is your chance to shine. youre being asked to explain why you are a great employee, so dont hold back and stay do stay positive.

23、 you could be someone who thrives under pressure, a great motivator, an amazing problem solver or someone with extraordinary attention to detail. if your greatest strength, however, is to drink anyone under the table or get a top score on mario kart, keep it to yourself. the interviewer is looking f

26、ing hard to improve. example: “ive been told i occasionally focus on details and miss the bigger picture, so ive been spending time laying out the complete project every day to see my overall progress.”13.lets talk about salary. what are you looking for?run for cover! this is one tricky game to play

27、 in an interview. even if you know the salary range for the job, if you answer first youre already showing all your cards. you want as much as possible, the employer wants you for as little as youre willing to take. before you apply, take a look at for a good idea of what someone with your specific

28、experience should be paid. you may want to say, “well, thats something ive thought long and hard about and i think someone with my experience should get between x y.” or, you could be sly and say, “right now, im more interested in talking more about what the position can offer my career.” that could

29、 at least buy you a little time to scope out the situation. but if you do have a specific figure in mind and you are confident that you can get it, id say go for it. i have on many occasions, and every time i got very close to that figure (both below and sometimes above).14.are you good at working i

30、n a team?unless you have the i.q. of a houseplant, youll always answer yes to this one. its the only answer. how can anyone function inside an organization if they are a loner? you may want to mention what part you like to play in a team though; its a great chance to explain that youre a natural lea

31、der.15.tell me a suggestion you have made that was implemented.its important here to focus on the word “implemented.” theres nothing wrong with having a thousand great ideas, but if the only place they live is on your notepad whats the point? better still, you need a good ending. if your previous co

32、mpany took your advice and ended up going bankrupt, thats not such a great example either. be prepared with a story about an idea of yours that was taken from idea to implementation, and considered successful.16.has anything ever irritated you about people youve worked with?of course, you have a lis

33、t as long as your arm. but you cant say that, it shows you as being negative and difficult to work with. the best way to answer this one is to think for a while and then say something like “ive always got on just fine with my co-workers actually.”17.is there anyone you just could not work with?no. w

34、ell, unless youre talking about murderers, racists, rapists, thieves or other dastardly characters, you can work with anyone. otherwise you could be flagged as someone whos picky and difficult if you say, “i cant work with anyone whos a broncos fan. sorry.”18.tell me about any issues youve had with

35、a previous boss.arrgh! if you fall for this one you shouldnt be hired anyway. the interviewer is testing you to see if youll speak badly about your previous supervisor. simply answer this question with exteme tact, diplomacy and if necessary, a big fat loss of memory. in short, youve never had any i

36、ssues.19.would you rather work for money or job satisfaction?its not a very fair question is it? wed all love to get paid a trump-like salary doing a job we love but thats rare indeed. its fine to say money is important, but remember that nothing is more important to you than the job. otherwise, you

37、re just someone looking for a bigger paycheck.20.would you rather be liked or feared?i have been asked this a lot, in various incarnations. the first time i just drew a blank and said, “i dont know.” that went over badly, but it was right at the start of my career when i had little to no experience.

38、 since then ive realized that my genuine answer is “neither, id rather be respected.” you dont want to be feared because fear is no way to motivate a team. you may got the job done but at what cost? similarly, if youre everyones best friend youll find it difficult to make tough decisions or hit dead

39、lines. but when youre respected, you dont have to be a complete bastard or a lame duck to get the job done.21.are you willing to put the interests of x company ahead of your own?again, another nasty question. if you say yes, youre a corporate whore who doesnt care about family. if you say no, youre disloyal to the
