1、閱讀教學(xué)工作總結(jié)古今中外，學(xué)者一致認(rèn)為：多讀書(shū)是學(xué)生提高語(yǔ)文素養(yǎng)的有效手段?！白x書(shū)破萬(wàn)卷，下筆如有神葉圣陶先生曾說(shuō)：“學(xué)語(yǔ)文，豈能僅僅讀語(yǔ)文,必須在國(guó)文教本之外再看其它的 書(shū)，越多越好。這樣才能養(yǎng)成閱讀書(shū)籍的習(xí)慣，培植欣賞文學(xué)的 能力，訓(xùn)練寫(xiě)作的技能。”崔巒先生也講過(guò)：“如果學(xué)生在小學(xué) 階段有一二百萬(wàn)字的閱讀量，腦子里裝著上百篇，80首古詩(shī)，有 了比較豐富的語(yǔ)言積累，讀寫(xiě)能力一定會(huì)提高閱讀心理學(xué)認(rèn) 為：閱讀不僅是一種重要的能力，也是從事生產(chǎn)勞動(dòng)，以及各項(xiàng) 工作的基本技能。教師和家長(zhǎng)不可能永遠(yuǎn)陪伴著孩子，而好書(shū)卻 可以成為他們終生的良師益友。為適應(yīng)未來(lái)社會(huì)對(duì)人才的需求, 小學(xué)階段必須重視學(xué)生閱讀

2、能力的培養(yǎng)。新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)第一次明確 規(guī)定了學(xué)生課外閱讀的數(shù)量：二年級(jí)每年學(xué)生不少于5萬(wàn)字。隨 著二年級(jí)學(xué)生識(shí)字量的不斷增多，培養(yǎng)二年級(jí)學(xué)生良好的課外閱 讀習(xí)慣已經(jīng)具備了一定的條件。針對(duì)二年級(jí)的學(xué)生特點(diǎn)，以及學(xué) 生讀書(shū)的層次不齊，我主要從培養(yǎng)孩子的讀書(shū)方法和讀書(shū)興趣來(lái) 抓起，讓學(xué)生選擇適合自己的讀物，一步一步地走進(jìn)課外閱讀的 多彩世界。下面我就談?wù)勂綍r(shí)在這方面是如何做的。一、激發(fā)孩 子的閱讀興趣，使學(xué)生樂(lè)讀。愛(ài)因斯坦說(shuō)過(guò)：“興趣是最好的老 師” O我國(guó)古代大教育家孔子也曾經(jīng)說(shuō)過(guò)“知之者不如好之者,好之者不如樂(lè)之者那么如何激發(fā)課外閱讀的興趣呢？我常用生動(dòng)形象的語(yǔ)言向?qū)W生簡(jiǎn)介要讀的內(nèi)容，以激發(fā)其閱讀興
