(sinopec).本技術(shù)規(guī)格書所列是對進口閥門的基本要求，并未對所有技術(shù)細節(jié)作出規(guī)范，也未完全陳述與之有關(guān)的規(guī)范和標準，且并不因此而減輕賣方在正確進行設(shè)計、保證系統(tǒng)可靠性和安全操作方面的責任。this specification covers the basic requirements of the off-shore valves. it does not specify all the technical deta

5、準化 12 standardization 賣方保證所供閥門是制造廠目前標準化生產(chǎn)線上生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品，并且100%滿足技術(shù)規(guī)范書的要求。seller shall make sure all supplied valves are the products of the standard production lines of the manufacturer, which shall 100% meet the requirements of the requirements set forth in this specification.13 語言 13 language所有文件（包括產(chǎn)品技術(shù)規(guī)

33、buyer and seller, seller is required to assign a project manager with an overall responsibility of all activities of the project and liaison with user. he will be the contact person for communication with buyer.賣方在技術(shù)投標書中應指明項目經(jīng)理的名單及聯(lián)系方法。seller shall specify the name and contact method of the project

35、pection date and ex-work inspection date at the manufacturers facility.6.2 檢驗和試驗6.2 inspection and test賣方所供閥門必須完成質(zhì)量檢驗和相關(guān)試驗，驗收合格后方可出廠。seller shall finish all necessary quality inspection and related tests and the results shall be acceptable before the delivery of the valves.賣方在技術(shù)投標書中應提供制造廠進行檢驗和試驗的詳細內(nèi)

36、容和步驟。seller shall provide in his proposal the details and procedures for the inspection and testing at manufacturers facility .閥門的檢驗和試驗以技術(shù)規(guī)格書和檢查數(shù)據(jù)表為基礎(chǔ)，賣方負責提供有關(guān)檢驗和試驗的書面文件供雙方討論確認。the inspection and testing of valves shall be based on the specifications and datasheets. seller shall submit related inspe

37、ction and test documents for confirmation by both parties.測試驗收包括工廠測試驗收和現(xiàn)埸測試驗收。the tests shall include factory acceptance test (fat) and site acceptance test.6.2.1 工廠測試驗收（）6.2.1 factory acceptance test (fat)買方將派工程技術(shù)人員去制造廠參加閥門的出廠檢驗和功能試驗。賣方應在出廠檢驗前2個月通知買方，以便進行安排。the buyer intents to send his inspectors

38、to perform the ex-work inspection and function test at manufacturers facility. seller shall notify purchaser two (2) months prior to the ex-work inspection so as to make early arrangement.賣方應同時向買方提供閥門檢驗所使用的標準和規(guī)范以及檢驗大綱，并提供主要設(shè)備及其重要部件的參考圖紙。檢驗大綱的評分內(nèi)容包括：seller shall also provide purchaser with the codes

40、tems.（3） 檢驗方法.（3） inspection methods;（4） 所采用的標準編號.（4）the applicable standard number。（5） 文件資料。（5） documentation。（6） 問題處理方法（6） method of dealing with the problems。在出廠驗收期間，賣方應提供檢驗必要的圖紙資料（一式兩份）。檢驗完成后，賣方應將雙方簽字的檢驗記錄（一式兩份）交買方備案。seller shall provide necessary drawings and documents (two sets) for the inspec

47、（）閥門運抵現(xiàn)埸后要檢查它的完整性，然后進行現(xiàn)場試驗。the valves, when delivered to site, shall be checked for their integrity before the site tests.賣方應提供現(xiàn)埸試驗的方法和步驟，并負責指導用戶進行試驗。seller shall provide site test methods and procedures and shall provide instructions for user to perform such tests.試驗檢查合格后，由雙方代表簽字確認驗收。但并不因此而免除賣方按合同有

48、關(guān)規(guī)定所承擔的保證責任upon success of the tests and check, the results shall be confirmed by representatives of both parties with signature, however, this shall not relief any responsibilities to be borne by seller under the contract.6.3 現(xiàn)場服務6.3 site service賣方的現(xiàn)場服務將包括以下內(nèi)容：sellers site service shall include the

49、 following:（） 現(xiàn)場安裝指導及開車支持 （1） instructions for site installation and startup support.（） 最終用戶培訓 （2） training end user；賣方應提供閥門檢查、拆卸所需的專用工具（若有）。seller shall furnish any special tools, if any, required for the inspection and dismantling of the valves.賣方負責提供培訓所必須的全部手冊和教材。seller shall furnish all necessar

50、y manuals and training materials for the training7備品備件 7. spare parts 7.1 預開車和開車用消耗品及備件 7.1 consumables and spare parts賣方負責提供用于閥門試驗、預開車和開車階段的消耗品及備件，如墊片、填料等。具體項目和數(shù)量由賣方根據(jù)自己的經(jīng)驗給出。消耗品及開車備件包括在合同總價內(nèi)。seller shall supply consumables and spare parts (e.g. gaskets, etc.) for the testing, pre-startup and start

51、up of the valves. seller shall provide the type and quantity based on his experiences. the consumables and startup spare parts shall be included in the total price of the contract.7.2 兩年正常操作備件7.2 spare parts for two-year normal operation賣方保證自合同簽訂之日起提供至少年所供閥門的備件和更換件。seller shall guarantee to provide

52、spare parts and replacement parts for the supplied items for at least 10 years as of the date of contract.賣方應給出離用戶最近的備件供應點地址及聯(lián)系方法。seller shall specify the address and contact of the spare part supply shop nearest to user.賣方應在投標書中給出兩年正常操作所需的備件清單，并注明其編號代碼、名稱、數(shù)量、制造廠和單價。seller shall provide in his propo

53、sal the list of spare parts required for two-year normal operation, showing item number, description, quantity, manufacturer and unit price.8保證 8. guarantee賣方應保證所供閥門和附件的性能和質(zhì)量滿足買方的全部技術(shù)要求，所供閥門和附件均為具有成熟運行經(jīng)驗的原裝進口產(chǎn)品。產(chǎn)品的材料、設(shè)計、制造及驗收符合技術(shù)規(guī)格書中規(guī)定的有關(guān)標準和規(guī)范。seller shall guarantee that the performance and quality

54、of all supplied valves and accessories meet all technical requirements specified by purchaser, and the supplied valves and accessories are all original import products with mature running experiences. the material of construction, design, fabrication and acceptance of the products shall meet the app

55、licable codes and standards specified in the specifications.在質(zhì)保期內(nèi)，凡因設(shè)計、材料和制造上的缺陷而造成損壞的，賣方將保證按供貨合同的規(guī)定對有缺陷的設(shè)備或部件進行免費更換或修復。for any damage happened within the guarantee period caused by defects in terms of design, material or fabrication, seller shall guarantee replacement or repair of the defective equ
