14、進(jìn)全社會(huì)和消費(fèi)者的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)利益,以求得企業(yè)的長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展。特別是隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的規(guī)范化、企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展等都迫切要求企業(yè)實(shí)施誠(chéng)信營(yíng)銷。 (一)樹立誠(chéng)信理念 實(shí)施誠(chéng)信營(yíng)銷,首先要求企業(yè)樹立誠(chéng)信理念。有一句話:“態(tài)度決定一切!”其實(shí),“誠(chéng)信”很簡(jiǎn)單,關(guān)鍵在于一個(gè)企業(yè)的良知、精神和認(rèn)真的態(tài)度。這種誠(chéng)信的態(tài)度,使企業(yè)在產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量方面決不搞以次充優(yōu);不搞價(jià)格欺詐;不盲目跟風(fēng)炒作;不搞廣告狂轟濫炸;不將風(fēng)險(xiǎn)轉(zhuǎn)移給經(jīng)銷商;不盲目承諾,一旦承諾,就百分之百兌現(xiàn);不出爾反爾,言而無(wú)信;不做任何有損商譽(yù)和商德的事。誠(chéng)信不僅是企業(yè)生存之本,更是企業(yè)營(yíng)銷之道。再好的營(yíng)銷策略失去了誠(chéng)信,就不是成功的營(yíng)銷策略。誠(chéng)信本身就是最好的營(yíng)銷策略。 (二)創(chuàng)新營(yíng)銷方式 企業(yè)要立足市場(chǎng),長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,就必須創(chuàng)新營(yíng)銷方式。如某制衣廠的“透明營(yíng)銷”,自制的產(chǎn)品標(biāo)簽上公開標(biāo)明面料及輔料的成本、用量、單位以及成衣的加工費(fèi)、制造成本、工廠利稅和零售價(jià)等,使消費(fèi)者買得明白、買得放心。再比如某些企業(yè)的“揭短營(yíng)銷”,把產(chǎn)品的不足坦然地告訴顧客,顯示出企業(yè)和商家一心為顧客著想的誠(chéng)信精神和商業(yè)道德,以此來(lái)贏得顧客的信任。在國(guó)際上最典型的露短營(yíng)銷就
