4、途徑來找回，這些方法效率極低，速度很慢，找回率遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低于報(bào)警。其中，一是因?yàn)閾斓綎|西的人不知如何找到失主，二是因?yàn)橐坏﹣G失物品價(jià)值不高，失主往往會(huì)失去找回的耐性，三是因?yàn)槭е髋c撿到者之間沒有快速的可聯(lián)系平臺(tái)。于是，高校失物招領(lǐng)平臺(tái)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。我們將把失物招領(lǐng)平臺(tái)定位成高校大學(xué)生，一是為自己提供保證的適應(yīng)人群，二是為了簡化丟失尋找之間所花費(fèi)的實(shí)際路程、時(shí)間等問題（同學(xué)?？梢怨?jié)約時(shí)間）。并且在此之前，我們將會(huì)結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的方式例如與校后勤處合作開辟校園招領(lǐng)點(diǎn)，靈活運(yùn)用現(xiàn)有資源最大化失主尋回幾率。everybody were tried to retrieve something what their lo

6、rvey showed that the people who found something dont know how to found out the people who lost something and some people often give up to finding because of the thing what have a lower value and then both they dont have a platform which has a quick accessibility. so, we just got it.we make the lost

7、and found platform be located in the college because which to ensure our people who can adapt it and simplify actual distance and actual time on the finding way. previously, we also combine other approaches like cooperate with college logistics division to set new place which provide with things and
