1、專利權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)讓合同中華人民共和國科學(xué)技術(shù)部印制 Printed by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Peoples Republic of China本合同乙方將其 的專利權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)讓甲方，甲方受讓并支付相應(yīng)的轉(zhuǎn)讓價(jià)款。雙方經(jīng)過平等協(xié)商，在真實(shí)、充分地表達(dá)各自意愿的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)中華人民共和國合同法的規(guī)定，達(dá)成如下協(xié)議，并由雙方共同恪守。Party B desires to assign its Patent of _ to Party A, and Party A desires to accept such assignment and p
