7、會(huì)損壞壓縮機(jī)。3. 確保plc亮綠燈，若亮燈異常請(qǐng)與廠家聯(lián)系。4. 確保供電電源接線牢固可靠、接觸良好。5. 切勿使用堅(jiān)硬、尖銳的物體按壓控制面板按鈕，否則控制器可能損壞。6. 機(jī)組安裝時(shí)應(yīng)保持相對(duì)的水平和垂直位置。7. 當(dāng)出現(xiàn)異常現(xiàn)象，立即停機(jī)，斷電檢修。8. 開(kāi)機(jī)前請(qǐng)確認(rèn)壓縮機(jī)吸、排氣閥已經(jīng)全部打開(kāi)，否則會(huì)造成壓縮機(jī)嚴(yán)重?fù)p傷9. 開(kāi)機(jī)前請(qǐng)確認(rèn)儲(chǔ)液器上的供液閥已經(jīng)全部打開(kāi)，否則機(jī)組無(wú)法正常運(yùn)行。10. 為保證機(jī)組數(shù)據(jù)不被丟失，請(qǐng)保持機(jī)組持續(xù)供電。11. 保持機(jī)組持續(xù)供水，否則會(huì)因缺水而造成循環(huán)水泵燒損。12. 本機(jī)組廠家已設(shè)定的參數(shù)，如用戶修改，后果自負(fù)。13. 非專業(yè)維修人員絕對(duì)不許修理產(chǎn)

8、品。以免發(fā)生人身傷害事故。14. 電源設(shè)計(jì)專用回路。電源線請(qǐng)勿在中途連接、使用延長(zhǎng)線。以免引起觸電、火災(zāi)。15. 請(qǐng)勿將硬物靠近出冰螺桿。以免損壞螺桿、引起人身傷害事故。16. 請(qǐng)勿觸摸工藝管道。以免引起人身傷害事故。17. 對(duì)壓縮機(jī)、管道進(jìn)行檢測(cè)、維修時(shí)，帶上安全眼鏡、手套。18. 利用叉車(chē)叉冰機(jī)時(shí)，務(wù)必對(duì)準(zhǔn)冰機(jī)底座的兩個(gè)長(zhǎng)方孔，將兩條叉柄伸入到冰機(jī)底座1米以上，才能移動(dòng)冰機(jī)，此過(guò)程中確保穩(wěn)定。19.制冰機(jī)開(kāi)機(jī)前，須讓系統(tǒng)通電8小時(shí)以上，使油加熱器將潤(rùn)滑油加熱到45-50，（加熱至視油鏡中能觀察到油面），使?jié)櫥椭械闹评鋭┏浞謿饣?，以防止壓縮機(jī)磨損或液擊而影響壓縮機(jī)的使用壽命。1. plea

13、e confirm all valves on the fluid reservoir have been opened，otherwise the ice-maker can not work normally.10. please offer the power to the ice-maker continuously in order to keep the data from not being lost. 11. please offer water to the ice-maker continuously in order to prevent the circulating

14、water pump from being damaged because of water shortage.12. the factory has set a fixed parameter, if the user revises it, the user will take all the risk.13. non-professional staff are absolutely forbidden to fix the product, in order to avoid personal injure accident.14. the power design adopts sp

15、ecial circuit. please do not connect in the midway or use extension line with the power cable, in order to prevent causing electric shock sor fires.15. please do not make hard things approach the ice convey screw in order to prevent damaging the screw and causing personal injure accident.16. do not

16、touch the pipes in order to cause personal injure accident.17. please wear safe glasses and gloves, when make on the examination and maintenance to the compressor and pipes.18.use fork fork ice machine, be sure to aim at the base of the ice machine to two rectangular mesh, the two fork handle more t

17、han 1 m to the ice machine base, to move the ice machine, the process to ensure stability.19. after ice maker stopped ruuning for a long time,ice maker should be electrified at least eight hours when start running. and the oil must be heated up to 45-50 by the oil heater until you can observe oil le

18、vel from the mirrior surface. so that the refrigerant in lubricant oil can full gasificated to prevent the compressor from wear or liquid impact, and off the compressor suing life.iii、安裝 (installation)3.1.冰機(jī)配件(ice machine accessories)水冷的冰機(jī)配有冷卻塔，冷卻水泵。根據(jù)客戶的需要配備水冷配件等。the ice machine is equipped with wa

19、ter cooling tower and cooling water pump. matching water fittings according to customers requirement.3.2.制冰機(jī)安裝(install the ice-maker)3.2.1冰機(jī)底座已經(jīng)固定好四個(gè)螺栓，將制冰機(jī)直接水平固定在離地面約半米高的位置即可，如圖（1）所示：there are four fixed bolts on the base frame of ice-machine, the ice-making machine directly is horizontally fixed o

21、of the machine, for maintenance and repair. the distance around the ice cube machine must be kept at 800mm，the top of ice cube machine must have a space at least 500mm to the roof of house 3.3.水管連接(pipe connection)3.3.1供水管連接(water supply pipe connection)(1) （補(bǔ)水口8，如圖1），只要將供水管連接上即可。供水材質(zhì)應(yīng)不易生銹而污染水質(zhì)。(2)

22、保證進(jìn)水口壓力穩(wěn)定，否則影響制冰效果。(1) (port 8, figure 1), as long as the water supply pipe is connected to. water supply material should not easy to rust and water pollution. (2) ensure the inlet pressure is stable, otherwise it will affect the ice effect3.3.2 排污管連接(drain pipe connection)制冰機(jī)水箱下面有個(gè)排水口， 將排污管與排污管接口對(duì)應(yīng)

23、連接即可。同時(shí)要求排污管上連接有閘閥。當(dāng)制冰時(shí)，閘閥關(guān)閉，防止冰水泄漏；當(dāng)定期清洗儲(chǔ)水箱時(shí)，打開(kāi)閘閥，將儲(chǔ)水箱內(nèi)的污水及渣滓由排污管排除。waterice making machinebelow awater outlet,thedrain pipe anddrain pipe interfaceconnectedto.at the same timeto request the sewagepipe is connected with avalve.when theice,to preventwaterleakage;valve closed,when theregular cleaning

24、tank,open the valve,the sewageand wastewater storage tankby thedrainage tuberemoval.3.4. 冷卻水塔 (assembly of the cooling tower)3.4.1冷卻塔的關(guān)鍵零部件存放the storage of key spare parts of cooling tower.（1）電機(jī)和減速器（皮帶箱或齒輪箱）應(yīng)室內(nèi)保存，軸端朝上，立式放置。（2）玻璃鋼件和填料不允許曝曬和堆壓重物，應(yīng)存放在陰涼、干燥、防火、通風(fēng)處。（3）風(fēng)機(jī)葉片應(yīng)妥善保管，防止變形。（4）摸底膠漿、纖維氈、m水（固化劑）、填

25、料定型膠水應(yīng)存陰涼處，不能淋雨，避免火種，隔離熱源。（5）安裝時(shí)要確實(shí)做好安全、防火措施。1) motor and reducer ( belt or gear box ) should be put indoor. the shaft end is upward and placed in vertical. (2) glass steel pieces and filler does not allow exposure and cant cover heavy stuff .they showld be palced in a cool ,dry ,ventilation,firepro

26、of place.(3) fan blades should be properly kept, preventing deformation.(4) the glue for paiting cooling tower bottom ,tapetum fibrosum,m water ( curing agent),stereotype glue for filler should be kept in the shade ,not get wet in the rain,avoid fire,and isolate the heat source.(5) please make sure

30、戶只需把組裝好的風(fēng)機(jī)裝到電機(jī)軸或皮帶箱軸即可。但要注意風(fēng)機(jī)的方向，不可以倒裝。安裝好后將一整體電機(jī)朝上，風(fēng)機(jī)朝下安裝在冷卻塔外殼頸口上。abs fan are assembled into a whole, customers only need to put the assembled fan mounted to the motor shaft or belt box shaft. but it should be noted that fan direction, cant flip. after the installation of a whole motor upwards, fa

31、n installed downward in cooling tower shell neck. 、鋁合金風(fēng)機(jī)安裝。有風(fēng)機(jī)葉片、輪轂和螺絲組成。aluminum alloy fan installation. it is consisted by fan blades, hub and screws. a、輪轂的安裝，輪轂裝在皮帶箱軸或電機(jī)軸上，必須注意順裝和倒裝，輪轂有刻度線面應(yīng)朝上，側(cè)出風(fēng)塔應(yīng)朝外。 b、風(fēng)機(jī)葉片的安裝，風(fēng)機(jī)葉片編號(hào)與輪轂編號(hào)要對(duì)應(yīng)，同時(shí)輪轂的法蘭編號(hào)與風(fēng)機(jī)葉片法蘭的數(shù)字編號(hào)如01.02.03.04等要一一對(duì)應(yīng)進(jìn)行安裝，收緊螺絲時(shí)風(fēng)機(jī)葉片的刻度中線與輪轂的中線對(duì)正。 c、

32、要確保風(fēng)機(jī)的平衡。在按照以上兩個(gè)步驟安裝后，在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)可以采用直的扁鐵（可以用其它直線形物品代替）以任一葉片圖（3）鋁合金風(fēng)機(jī)檢測(cè)圖 figure (3) aluminum fan detection map的葉端某點(diǎn)為基點(diǎn)，把測(cè)試扁鐵固定在風(fēng)筒上（不允許上下晃動(dòng)），然后用手緩慢轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)風(fēng)機(jī)，檢查其它風(fēng)葉端同一位置的高度是否一致，進(jìn)行微調(diào)使其達(dá)到同一位置，使風(fēng)機(jī)達(dá)到最佳運(yùn)行效果。如圖（3）。a, the mounting hub, hub mounted on the belt box shaft or the shaft of the motor, attention must be paid to

34、nding installation, when tighten screws , keeps the midline of fan blades dinectly to hub scale midlinec, to ensure the balance of fan. in accordance with the above two steps after installation, the spot can be used straight flat iron ( can use other linear items instead ) in any leaves on end point

35、 as the starting point, the test flat iron is fixed on the air cylinder ( not allowed to sway up and down ), and then slow hand rotating fan, check the other wind leaf end position with the same height are consistent, fine-tuning to achieve the same position, so that the fan to achieve optimal runni

36、ng effect. figure (3)(3)管道裝配時(shí)注意事項(xiàng)pay an attention to assemble pipeline冷卻水泵安裝位置應(yīng)低于冷卻塔底盤(pán)水面一定距離，否則易造成冷卻塔在運(yùn)行時(shí)出現(xiàn)開(kāi)機(jī)抽空、停機(jī)溢水的情況。應(yīng)設(shè)置管道臺(tái)架，使冷卻塔不直接承受管道的重量。與冷卻塔接駁法蘭應(yīng)設(shè)有軟管接頭，減小管道震動(dòng)對(duì)冷卻塔的影響。冷卻塔的接管要求：在接管時(shí)必須從冷卻塔的疏結(jié)處開(kāi)始連接，嚴(yán)禁最后才與疏結(jié)連接。否則很容易損壞中心缸疏結(jié)。在接管時(shí)要注意保持管內(nèi)干凈，避免焊渣等雜物堵塞冷卻塔灑水孔。the cooling water pump of cooling tower shoul

37、d be installed below the water surface in chassis of cooling tower at a distance,otherwire it is easy to lead to the pump be in evacuation,stop running or water overflow when cooling tower is running. it should be set to a pipe support,so that the cooling tower does not directly bear the weight of p

38、ipeline.the place that connect cooling tower with flange should have hose joint connection so that can reduce the impact on the pipe vibration of cooling tower.the requirements of connecting pipe of cooling tower:the pipe should be connect from the cooling towers at the beginning is scanty knot conn

39、ection, finally with sparse node connection. it is very easy to damage the center cylinder drain node. before the takeover should pay attention to maintaining pipe clean, avoid the welding slag and other debris blocked cooling tower water spraying holes3.5. 安裝完成(the installation is complete) 圖（4）安裝總

42、水箱內(nèi)的水抽到導(dǎo)流器，導(dǎo)流器將水均勻的附著蒸發(fā)板向下流，制冷劑通過(guò)蒸發(fā)盤(pán)管，盤(pán)管外部與蒸發(fā)板上的水進(jìn)行熱交換，在熱交換的過(guò)程中，制冷劑從液態(tài)變成氣態(tài)，吸收大量的熱，將流過(guò)蒸發(fā)板的水急劇降到結(jié)冰點(diǎn)以下的溫度，使之結(jié)成冰。脫冰時(shí)，冰塊依靠重力掉落入儲(chǔ)冰庫(kù)內(nèi)。如圖（7）the evaporator of ice cube machine is made by evaporative coil tube embedded in the evaporative plate.the refrigerants go in coil tube.after the normal work of refriger
