2、本專業(yè)學(xué)生主要學(xué)習(xí)管理、金融、財(cái)管、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷等方面的基本理論和基本知識(shí)，參與 相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的基本訓(xùn)練，具有財(cái)務(wù)管理領(lǐng)域?qū)嶋H工作的基本能力。本專業(yè)學(xué)生主要學(xué)習(xí)管理學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和企業(yè)管理的基本理論和基本知識(shí)，受到企業(yè)管理方法與技巧方 面的基本訓(xùn)練，具有分析和解決企業(yè)管理問題的基本能力。此方案專門為所有參與 1+2+1 中美人才培養(yǎng) 計(jì)劃的工商管理專業(yè)學(xué)生而設(shè)置，安排學(xué)生第一年和第四年在山東大學(xué)威海分校學(xué)習(xí)工商管理專業(yè)的相 應(yīng)課程，第二年、第三年在美國(guó)喬治梅森大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)工商管理專業(yè)的相應(yīng)課程。(美國(guó)喬治梅森大學(xué)目前在1+2+1項(xiàng)目中開設(shè)的專業(yè)包括：財(cái)務(wù)管理，信息系統(tǒng)與運(yùn)作管理，管理，市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷)達(dá)到了美國(guó)喬治

3、梅 森大學(xué)前兩個(gè)學(xué)期必備要求并被管理學(xué)院錄取的學(xué)生才有資格參加這些專業(yè)的學(xué)習(xí)。此前學(xué)生的所有課程 應(yīng)在GPA2.5以上。學(xué)生在美國(guó)喬治梅森的學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間有可能延長(zhǎng)， 這是學(xué)生在美國(guó)喬治梅森大學(xué)安排學(xué) 習(xí)英語的時(shí)間多少以及夏季課程選擇的數(shù)量而定。完成兩校培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃要求的學(xué)生方能畢業(yè)。Cultivation Goal: To cultivate specialized talents systematically with the basic theories and techniques of Management and Finance Management. Students are qualif

4、ied to do actual investigation, economics, management, finance, financial management and marketing, etc. enterprises, and other business and management departments.Cultivation Requirements: Students at this specialty mainly focus on the basic theories and knowledge on Management, Finance, Financial

At the same time, the students are also expected to have the basic abilities to do actual work in Finance Management through the basic training about the methods and techniques of Economics.The business degrees offered for 1+2+1 students are designed to deliver in

6、-depth exposure in the area of specialization as well as the skills required for success in a global business world. This teaching plan is specifically designed for 1+2+1 students seeking business degrees, who attend the first and fourth years at Shandong University at Weihai (SDUW) and the second a

7、nd third years at George Mason University (Mason). The following four majors are open to Mason students in the 1+2+1 program: Finance, B.S.; Information Systems and Operations Management, B.S.; Management, B.S.; and Marketing, B.S. These business majors are only open to students accepted by the Scho

8、ol of Management after meeting prerequisites in their first two semesters at Mason. Students must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher in all coursework in order to be admitted to the School of Management. Depending on the amount of time a student spends studying English at Mason, and the number of courses t

9、akenduring the summer semesters, some students may also be required to spend an additional semester or year at Mason before returning to their home school in China. A student who successfully completes this schedule will meet the requirements of both universities for graduation from this program.II.

10、 學(xué)位要求Degree Requirements參加 1+2+1 中美人才培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃的學(xué)生必須是比較優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生，其托福成績(jī)必須達(dá)到至少570 分。如果托福成績(jī)達(dá)不到上述要求，學(xué)生必須在到美國(guó)達(dá)喬治梅森大學(xué)后參加英語水平考試?？荚嚦煽?jī)將決定學(xué)生是補(bǔ)習(xí)英語還是直接進(jìn)入學(xué)位課程學(xué)習(xí)。參加1+2+1中美人才培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃的學(xué)生需要在美國(guó)喬治梅森大學(xué)完成60學(xué)時(shí)的課程要求，其中包含至少30學(xué)時(shí)的專業(yè)課程，并且每門課程至少達(dá)到“C以上，才能獲得美國(guó)喬治 梅森大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位（工商管理）。 成績(jī)?yōu)椤癉或以下的學(xué)生需重修。由于參加1+2+1的學(xué)生們前2個(gè)學(xué)期是在美國(guó)喬治梅森大學(xué)英語學(xué)院注冊(cè)學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)課程，因此他們常常注冊(cè)學(xué)

If students do not have a TOEFL score of 570 before coming to Mason, they are required to take an English placement examination upon arrival at Mason. Re

13、sults of this exam will determine their placement in English or academic courses.A 1+2+1 student must have at least 60 hours of coursework at Mason, including at least 30 hours of coursework in the School of Management, with a minimum of a “ Cgrade in every course, to receive a BS degree in one of t

Any course completed with a grade ofw must be repe“ateDd”. or beloBecause many 1+2+1 students are enrolled in courses at Masons English Language Institute during their firstand sometimes second semesters at Mason, they often enroll in classes during the summer semesters at M

15、ason in order to complete the requirements for the two degrees within two to three years.The student is advised not to take any courses in year 4 at SDUW that cover the same information as courses already taken at Mason, since students cannot get credit for the same course twice.All 1+2+1 students w

16、ill be required to complete a thesis during their final semester in China. The thesis topic will be selected and research will be conducted with participation from faculty at both universities. Students earns up to 6 credits in their senior year for satisfactory completion of the thesis. （Note that

17、these credits are in addition to the 120 credits of coursework required for graduation.） Therefore, a 1+2+1 student must earn at least 126 total credits in order to graduate with a degree from both universities. （These requirements are expressed in Mason-equivalent credits.） The minimum SDUW credits

18、 required for graduation with this degree is 160.This course plan is meant as a guideline for students in the 1+2+1 Dual Academic Program.
