2、ace Controlling Unit was newly developed product based on many years experience and experiments. This unit, with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) as its core, and oversea-introduced Ultraviolet Flame Detector as its main equipment, can perform automatic ignition in industrial furnace, and automat
3、ic detection and control in the flaming course. Its direct wiring with DCS can realize the functions of operation on the spot and outward output. Its featured by sensitive motion, stable function, reliable performance, easy operation, simple assembling, and minimum troubleshooting. It can also adapt
4、 to various users requirements and meet the needs of ignition and flaming control in all sorts of burning furnaces and industrial furnaces. Being designed to be suitable for in-door as well as out-door installation, this unit is an ideal ignition and flame control equipment for all sorts of burning
5、and industrial furnaces, and can perform automatic ignition and automatic flame detection for various coal gas, natural gas, diesel oil and heavy oil burners.II. Working Principle and FeaturesWhen outward ignition conditions are fully met, and the ignition unit is ready, press the start button, open
6、 the assistant gas burner and assistant flame air valve, and close the drain valve; at the same time, high-pressure igniter is fired, and the assistant burner is igniting. After a period of time delay, the ignition of the high-performance igniter will be stopped, during this period, if the assistant
7、 burner flame detector detects flame, the assistant burner flame need to be waited for steady, and after the signal of allowing the main burner to be ignited is transmitted to DCS, then the DCS can open the main burner gas valve to ignite the main burner. Again after a period of time delay, if the m
8、ain burner flame detector detects flame, the main burner flame need to be waited for steady, and after the system emits normal ignition signal, then the system will be under normal flame detective condition. If the ignition of the assistant burner high-performance igniter is stopped, open the drain
9、valve, and then re-start it again after appropriate operation. If the assistant burner ignition is succeed, then open the main burner gas valve, but after a period of time (normally 10s), if the main burner flame detector has not detected flame yet, the system will emit signal to close the main burn
10、er gas valve and combustion-supporting air valve, and the whole system will be re-set, and after the chamber of the furnace has been blown clean (this underlined part should be realized by the DCS logic), the system should be re-started. System Composition and Description1. Ignition Control PanelThe ignition control panel
13、 is the core part of the whole system, with a dimension of 1600600400, consisting of a PLC. Through the on-off control of the ignition program within the PLC to the assistant coal gas electromagnetic valve1, electromagnetic valve 2, drain valve and assistant flame air electromagnetic valve, the high
14、-performance ignition unit will ignite the assistant flame coal gas. The open and close of the assistant burner depends on the signal of the existence of the flame, which is detected by the assistant flame detector and transmitted to the DCS, indicating the main burner to be ignited. When the DCS re
15、ceived the signal, and the assistant flame main burner is ignited, the main flame-detector is responsible for detecting the existence of the main flame, and main burner flameout protection.2. Ignition Panel on spotThe ignition panel on spot is a protective panel for equipment installation, installed
16、 on an appropriate position near the furnace, with a high kindling point ignition unit, main flame detector and a assistant flame detector, and its dimension is 600X600X400.3. High-performance ignition unitThis ignition unit is a XDH-20 high-performance ignition unit, including high-performance igni

19、and desirable outlook, and its cabinet safety level is IP65.4. Flame DetectorThis detector is a non-contact ultraviolet flame detector introduced from abroad, whose sensitive component is ultraviolet light sensitive tube, with simple framework and reliable function. Its corresponding blowing time is
20、 2S, corresponding flameout time is 2S, power supply is 200VAC. Its wiring chart is also provided.VI. System Installation1. Fix the ignition control panel and ignition panel on spot. When fixing the ignition panel on spot, the apace of it between other equipments (small ignition equipment and flame
21、detective probe) should be observed, with the wiring length of the connecting cable 10m.2. Connect the cable between the ignition control panel and the ignition panel on spot, and the cable between the ignition panel on spot and nearby equipments. It should be especially observed that the operation
22、of ignition should never happen before the appropriative high voltage screening cables between the small ignition equipment and the ignition unit has been connected.3. However, if failure occurs and troubleshooting is needed, troubleshooters must wear security protection setting
