2、行梳理,研究產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移對城鎮(zhèn)化的作用機(jī)制,對于促進(jìn)安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化健康發(fā)展具有重要意義。安徽省沿江五市作為皖江城市帶的重要城市,長期以來將承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移作為當(dāng)?shù)毓I(yè)化發(fā)展的重要路徑之一。通過對該地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移及城鎮(zhèn)化現(xiàn)狀的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移能夠明顯促進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展。但是由于各市之間歷史發(fā)展因素、承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移時間和力度的不同,所產(chǎn)生的城鎮(zhèn)化效應(yīng)大小不同。各地應(yīng)該根據(jù)自身的情況,制定不同的承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移政策,促進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展。本文按照理論整理、實證分析、政策評價和建議的步驟對這一主題進(jìn)行研究,首先,運(yùn)用產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移、城鎮(zhèn)化等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域理論,研究產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移、城鎮(zhèn)化的表現(xiàn)形式和內(nèi)涵,分析產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移對城鎮(zhèn)化的作用機(jī)制,研究國內(nèi)外

3、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移過程中的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展,在此基礎(chǔ)之上再具體研究安徽承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移對城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的作用。其次,選擇銅陵市作為安徽沿江城市代表,選擇新增固定資產(chǎn)和城鎮(zhèn)化率兩個數(shù)據(jù)代表銅陵市的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移量和城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)度,選取一定年份的數(shù)據(jù),再利用單位根檢驗該序列數(shù)據(jù)的平穩(wěn)性,并分析變量間是否具有長期協(xié)整關(guān)系。確定協(xié)整關(guān)系存在后,運(yùn)用格蘭杰因果檢驗手段分析新增固定資產(chǎn)和城鎮(zhèn)化率之間的因果關(guān)系,為文章的后續(xù)的政策評價和建議提供現(xiàn)實依據(jù)。最后,研究安徽省的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移政策和城鎮(zhèn)化政策的實施效果,指出應(yīng)當(dāng)從建立區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)組織、區(qū)別承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移、建立統(tǒng)一勞動力市場各方面加強(qiáng)政策規(guī)劃,以促進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展?！居⑽恼縤ndustriali
