4、接頭，壓力表及開(kāi)關(guān)、油管、油箱、空氣濾清器等元件組成。交流電動(dòng)機(jī)通過(guò)爪形聯(lián)軸器帶動(dòng)齒輪泵旋轉(zhuǎn)，壓力油進(jìn)入溢流閥由壓力表顯示標(biāo)定壓力，M型換向閥實(shí)現(xiàn)執(zhí)行元件（油缸）的進(jìn)程和回程的油路換向。單向節(jié)流閥以節(jié)流調(diào)速改變工作速度?；赜吐返挠鸵杭耙缌鏖y的余油匯集后經(jīng)連接塊的溢流口流回油箱。5 操作和保養(yǎng)5.1 根據(jù)液壓系統(tǒng)圖及表2，按照所要驅(qū)動(dòng)的碎煤機(jī)液壓缸，將快速接頭體及尼龍墊圈與油缸的接頭相聯(lián)接。并且檢查管路各接頭是否可靠。5.2 檢查油泵電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)向是否正確。從軸頭方向觀察應(yīng)為順時(shí)針?lè)较蛐D(zhuǎn)。5.3 起動(dòng)前油箱油面應(yīng)位于油標(biāo)的上端。起動(dòng)后油面應(yīng)處于油標(biāo)中可視位置。若從油標(biāo)中看不到油面時(shí)應(yīng)補(bǔ)充油，見(jiàn)下圖

5、。5.4 緩緩轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)電機(jī)（或反復(fù)起動(dòng)電機(jī)），使泵的排出管卸載，排出泵體內(nèi)及管路中的空氣。5.5 電機(jī)停轉(zhuǎn)后重新起動(dòng)時(shí)，需間隔一分鐘方可進(jìn)行。5.6 調(diào)整溢流閥的壓力到75bar,若需要更高的工作壓力時(shí)，可作相應(yīng)的調(diào)整，但不允許超過(guò)14 0bar。5.7 工作油的粘度為1738厘斯（2.55°E），推薦采用30#機(jī)油。5.8 正常油溫為1060，當(dāng)起動(dòng)時(shí)油溫低于0，要對(duì)工作油預(yù)熱，待油溫升至5方可進(jìn)行。5.9 從空氣濾清器向油箱內(nèi)注漬，其濾網(wǎng)的過(guò)濾精度主為120目/寸。5.10 應(yīng)定期取樣檢查工作油的顏色、透明度、沉淀物及氣味等，若油變質(zhì)或嚴(yán)重污染，應(yīng)及時(shí)更換。一般每一年應(yīng)更換一次。6

Applications Type SY8 hydraulic station of coal crusher is a matched product of the HCS series ring hammer coal crusher. It is used to actuate the hydraulic cylin

11、ders to open and close the front and rear machine covers and reset the screen deck frame so as to be convenient for inspection and repair of the coal crusher. This hydraulic station can be also used for inspection and repair of other equipment or where weights are necessary to be supported. 3. Techn

Construction and working principle The hydraulic station is consisted of suction filter, gear pump, relief valve, hand operated directional valv

16、e, one-way throttle valve, hose assembly, quick-release couplings pressure meters and switches, oil pipes, oil tank air filters, etc. When the gear pump is rotated by a AC electric motor through a claw coupling, the pressure oil is brought into a relief valve where the normal pressure is indicated b

17、y a pressure meter. A type M directional valve is used for changing the directions of actuators (hydraulic cylinders) for their advancing and returning strokes. The one-way throttle valve can change the working speed by means of restriction speed regulation. The oil in the return line and remaining

18、oil in the relief valve shall be collected and returned to the oil tank through the discharging opening. 5. Operation and maintenance 5.1 In accordance with the hydraulic system diagram and Table 2 and the construction of the hydraulic cylinders for actuating the coal crusher, the quick-release coup

19、lings and nylon washers shall be connected to the connections of the hydraulic cylinders and the couplings of the line shall be checked for their reliability. 5.2 The electric motor for hydraulic pump shall be inspected for its correct rotating direction. View from the shaft end, the motor shall be

20、rotated clockwise. 5.3 Before starting the oil level of the tank shall be over the oil gauge. After starting the oil level shall be in the oil gauge at a visible opposition. When the oil level can not be found from the oil gauge, oil shall be supplemented in the tank, as shown in the following figur

21、e. Oil levelL1=L/2±5mmUpDown 5.4 The electric motor shall be slowly rotated (or the motor is started repeatedly) to unload the discharging pipe line so as to remove air in the pump body and the pipe line. 5.5 When the electric motor is re-started after it stops, it shall be carried out after on

22、e minute interval. 5.6 The pressure of relief valve shall be adjusted to 7.5MPa, when the more high pressures are required, appropriate adjustment shall be made. It is now allowed to exceed 14 MPa. 5.7 The viscosity of the working oil shall be from 17 centistoke to 38 centistoke (2.55°E) #30 ma

23、chine oil is recommended to use. 5.8 The normal oil temperature shall be from 10 to 60. When oil temperature is below 0 at starting, the working oil shall be warmed up. The machine shall be started when oil temperature reach 5. 5.9 Oil shall be filled to the oil tank from air filter, in which the st

24、rainer has a filtration size of 120 meshes/inch. 5.10 The working oil shall be checked at regular intervals for its colour, transparency, settling material, smell and so on. If the oil is deteriorated or polluted badly, it shall be changed in time. As a rule, oil shall be changed once a year. 6. Mal
