4、柬書亥盎焊接材料的選用及消耗定額1、本標準適用于鍋爐、壓力容器焊材定額的制定和選用2、引用標準gb324-88焊縫符號表示法gb985-88氣焊、手工電弧焊及氣體保護焊焊縫坡口的基本形式與尺寸gb986-88埋弧焊焊縫坡口的基本形式和尺寸3、焊接材料的選擇3.1.焊條的選擇原則3.1.1考慮母材的機械性能和化學成分(常見化學成分和焊縫金屬機械參見表)1、普通結構鋼的焊接,通常要求焊縫金屬與母材等強度,應選用抗拉強度等于或稍高于母材的焊條2、對于合金結構鋼,通常要求焊縫金屬的主要成分與母材金屬相同或者相近。3、當母材中c及s、p等元素含量偏高時,焊縫金屬容易產生裂紋,應選用抗裂性能好的低氫型焊材
5、。低碳鋼或低合金高強鋼的焊接應根據鋼材的抗拉強度來選擇等強或稍高強度的焊材。耐熱鋼或不銹鋼的焊接,應選用熔敷金屬化學成分與母材相同或相近的焊條異種鋼焊接材料的選擇比較復雜,選擇時應遵循以下一般原則:組織基本類似,強度等級不同的鋼之間的焊接,最好選用抗拉強度介于被焊材料之間的折中焊條。碳鋼、低碳鋼、耐熱鋼與奧氏體鋼焊接,如果產品工作溫度較低,選用cr25ni13型不銹鋼填充金屬。碳鋼與耐熱鋼焊接時應選用e5015型焊條。3.1.2考慮焊件的結構復雜程度和剛性形狀復雜、結構剛性大以及厚度大的焊件必須采用抗裂性能較好的低氫焊條考慮焊件的工作條件,包括載荷、介質和溫度等,選用相應的能滿足使用要求的焊條
6、,如高溫條件下工作的焊件應選擇耐熱鋼焊條,接觸腐蝕介質的焊條應選擇不銹鋼焊條,承受動載或沖擊載荷的焊件應選擇強度較高、塑性和韌性較高的低氫型焊條。在沒有規(guī)定的情況下,一般受壓件選擇堿性焊條,結構件選擇酸性焊條,對于同一強度級別或同一化學成分的焊條,堿性焊條可代替酸性焊條,強度略低的焊條,但不得反代。3.1.4考慮改善焊工勞動條件,提高勞動生產率,經濟合理性等方面在酸性焊條和堿性焊條都可滿足性能的要求時,應盡量采用酸性焊條,在使用性能相同的基礎上選擇價格較低的焊條。3.2埋弧焊、電渣焊用焊絲的選擇原則3.2.1埋弧焊、電渣焊用焊絲應根據所焊鋼材的類別幾對接接頭性能的要求加以選擇,并與適當的焊劑配
7、合使用。3.2.2低碳鋼和低合金鋼高強鋼焊接應選擇與鋼材強度相匹配的焊絲。3.2.3 耐熱鋼和不銹鋼的焊接應選擇與鋼材成分相近的焊絲。3.3氣焊及氣體保護焊焊絲的選擇原則3.3.1氣焊及氣體保護焊焊絲的選擇應選擇與母材化學成分相一致、并含有一定量的脫氧元素,如錳硅等,使焊縫具有一定的機械性能,同時應考慮焊絲在焊接時不應強烈的飛濺和蒸發(fā)。3.4 常用的焊絲的化學成分參見表三3.5焊劑的選擇3.5.1低碳鋼的焊劑可選用高錳高硅型焊劑。3.5.2低合金高強度鋼的焊接可選用中錳中硅或低錳中硅型焊劑。3.5.3對于耐熱鋼、不銹鋼、低溫鋼的焊接可選用中硅低碳硅型焊劑。3.5.4對于某寫高合金鋼的焊接,可選
8、用堿度高的中硅、低硅焊劑或陶質型焊劑。從而降低合金元素的燒損或對焊縫進行摻合金。3.5.5常用焊劑組成成分參見表3.6根據上述原則,各類鋼材焊接材料選用表(參見表一)作為我廠鍋爐、 壓力容器焊接材料選用的參考依據3.7受壓元件焊接在選擇焊材時應注意根據廠里目前的焊接工藝評定情況進行,對變換了焊材牌號應按照蒸汽鍋爐安全技術監(jiān)察規(guī)程等有關焊接工藝評定標準進行評定,評定合格方可選用。4焊材消耗定額制定方法4.1手工電弧焊:g條耗=2 g填充埋弧自動焊:g絲耗=1.18g填充 g劑耗=1.25g絲耗電渣焊:g絲耗=1.05g填充 g劑耗=0.5kg/m 鎢極氬弧焊:g絲耗=1.25g填充 氧乙炔焊:g
9、絲耗=1.1g填充熔化極氣體保護焊: g絲耗=1.05g填充 4.2本定額標準指定的焊接方法,其定額有互換性。如因焊接方法改變,其定額可按下列公式換算: g條耗=1.7g絲耗4.3填充金屬的計算方法如下: g填充=flp×10-6 式中 f:焊縫金屬的橫截面積l:焊縫實際長度p:焊材金屬的比重 常見焊縫填充金屬比重填充金屬鋼鑄鐵不銹鋼紫銅比重7.856.6-7.77.758.965焊條規(guī)格的選擇應根據焊件壁厚、結構、接頭形式、焊縫尺寸以及性能要求加以選擇5.1焊條規(guī)格的選擇應根據焊件壁厚、結構、接頭形式、焊縫尺寸以及性能要求加以選擇5.2對于焊件壁厚5mm和小管徑鋼管焊接時應盡量選擇
10、小于焊件厚度以及與焊縫尺寸相適應的規(guī)格焊條,對于壁厚5mm且焊縫尺寸大(角焊縫尺寸大于5)的焊件,在滿足性能和操作的前提下應盡量選用規(guī)格大的焊條。5.3對于有焊縫根部質量要求的多層焊,打底層應選擇小直徑焊條焊接(2.5-3.2)中間層和蓋面層根據破口寬度選擇稍大規(guī)格的焊條(3.2-5)5.4對于無焊縫根部質量要求的受壓件和非受壓件,焊條的選擇根據焊縫尺寸,并考慮生產效率可選擇焊縫尺寸相適應規(guī)格的焊條6常用接頭單位長度的焊材定額實例(以下實例中的接頭形式應符合gb985和gb986標準.焊材消耗定額制定方法1各種焊接方法的焊材消耗定額計算方法如下:手工電弧焊:g條耗=2g填充埋弧自動焊:g絲耗=
